Ambience is good. Food is good but costly. One thing that i would like to mention that service is very poor. Initially door of my room was not locking so had to shift room. In the new shifted room tv was not working and it took at least 3-4 calls for them to attend this issue. Finally room was once again shifted. On top of that reception takes lots of time to revert.

Excellent service by PRADEEP (at front desk). NAWARAJ (waiter). They both were very helpful and courteous. Will always stay in this hotel in future. Extended stay on hourly basis payment should be available. Rooms are nice. Washroom door was not closing fully due to some glitch.

Good hotel in the city centre of Ludhiana . It’s a compact hotel with good service . They are very busy for banquets . Food is very food . WiFi is poor . Rooms are good , toilets need some improvements . Buffet breakfast is very good and complimentary .

I would suggest please check before the booking if you go with complementary food because they provide only veg thali with mashroom sabji and when i talked on this they strictly denied.

Stayed here for a day. Rooms were spike and spank y especially the bathroom. Nice service. Food was tasty but expensive

No wifi there which cause trouble in official works. Not recommend for corporate employees. Issue in air conditioning.
