So nice experience and good behaviour hotel staff

We had booked Renaissance via Trip.com and the hotel hospitality was worth appreciation. The breakfast lunch and dinner were a treat to taste buds. The staff was cooperative regarding any service de***ded. It's a place worth coming again...

The property is excellent. Front desk was good. Housekeeping was good. Food in the restaurant was also good, although we found one or two dishes getting rotated back. Some small fixes required --- The washbasin tap needs a pressure-valve and a better nozzle, because the clothes got drenched a few times. The tap angle is such that the water falls directly on the stopper and spills all over. Also, the bath area should also have a tap outlet instead of just a hand shower and head shower.

Superb location to discover things in walkable range. Do walk around a bit and not just stay in the hotel. Nishu the room cleaner was nice and the hotel was very comfortable. Breakfast was top notch also. Pool on the roof is nice but cold. Overall great escape, especially if want to party at Summit.

Personally, I am quite satisfied considering the cost performance. The room was very large. The staff were friendly.

Great people always makes a difference with any company and same I have seen in this place also. This is not very luxury place and has limited facilities for travellers but what makes you remember....Staff at Restaurant and their behavior, which is at par and seems to be extremely trained and attentive for every single request from customer.Had absolutely comfortable stay at Silvete Lucknow during our recent visit. Bathroom shower was so nice and really liked that as I give more focus on room amenities during our stay. In Room Dining food was delicious, having huge varieties in the menu. Highly recommended hotel. Kudos to team Silvete.
