It`s a great experience to stay in Lucknow central . Surely this is one of the fine place in this area . The Guest room is with full of basic amenities . The Bed quality and sheets are very clean . But in COVID time I used my own Sheets on bed. Hot water available properly. In room too much space for luggage. The area is sanitised and clean . Proper maintain all protection , Mask etc. The food preparation is very delicious and good. The room service is good and waiters are proper trained . I had a very nice stay at Golden Tulip. The stay was very comfortable and enjoyable with my wify and kids this hotel all the amenities possible for the comfort of the guest early I was looking for decent place for my stay in Lucknow and I was surprised with all the amenities hotel staff and reception room service staff people in dinning area were very friendly and helping nature . This hotel has swimming but due to winter season I couldn't use it

The room is alright. No windows or view. But the service is amazing, the food is great. The staff at the hotel will do everything for you, even if it is beyond their general service, like in our case, buy emergency medicine in the middle of the night. Hotel Infrastructure is too old. TV not working. Essential belongings like dental kit, Soap, Hair oil etc. not provided by staff. Response of Staff is very late. Food quality is good but providing less stuff in food like Salad, Vegetables etc.

Location and Hotel was superb.... We were almost 38 members and everyone were had breakfast at morning 7AM for three days ... And it was nice in chilled weather having breakfast at restaurant......
