"It is a business hotel. Because I want to go to Naga, I chose to live in Gorakhpur. It is a very good business hotel in the area. The room and bathroom are not small. It is a vegetarian restaurant, even eggs are not available. However, it is a very good hotel."

"We were three friends from New Zealand and stayed at Regenta for two nights. The place was nice and the room was comfortable. The staff set up an extra cot for us so we were all able to stay in the same room which was great. The place is a mix of old charm and affordable accom and we thought it was good value. The staff were super helpful and attentive. They arranged quick laundry service for us, and even got us a pack of playing cards to be delivered to the hotel. The manager also gave us advice advice about getting an Indian phone number, where to get coffee and info about navigating the train station. He also gifted us some guides about lucknow and Varanasi, where we were headed to next.
We appreciated the late checkout and the hotel kindly stored our bags for our late train too.

PPANCHALLocated at a walking distance from MG Road metro , it is one of the best hotel in medium budget . They offer luxurious room with all the amenities .staff was quite helpful and polite . Breakfast was complimentary and it was really good in terms of quality and options served . In addition restaurant charges were nominal and taste,quantity of the food was good . Consider this outlet if you are looking for hotel nearby MG Road

Hotel house keeping and room cleanliness - 2 out of 5 . Bedsheets were not clean , bathroom toiletries were not environmental friendly and clean.
Hotel restaurant service : 5 out of 5 . Too good. Staff was very efficient, responsive, fast. Food options were very good. Buffet service and options were excellent.

GGuest UserI stayed one night at the hotel as a solo female traveller as I had a late plane and was meeting my friends the next day. The place was comfortable and clean and easy. The hotel super close to both the international and domestic arrivals (steps away). If you’re coming from international you just come out and turn right and you will see it (domestic, turn left). Being in an airport the hotel has to scan your bags when you arrive. The AC was great as it was quite hot in lucknow! My room was quite close to reception so I used earplugs at night to sleep as you could hear the doorbell. With the earplugs I had no issues!

AAnonymous UserIt was really good experience with this hotel. Last week same in Lucknow i visited GINGER. but i will suggest you guys plz don’t go there coz that hotel is like Lodge. Very bad bed. Everything is ******** in GINGER.
But this week while returning from delhi to Darbhanga by road. I choose GOLDEN TULIP.AND I AM TEALLY VERY HAPPY. Infact ginger charged me 4500 per night.
And Ginger is lower is price. But amenities are awesome.
I recommend u all guys visit this hotel once.

GGuest UserThe hotel is a the prime location and that is the only pro it has. The service is very slow and the rooms are not well maintained. I could literally see the flooring panels come out in my luxury room(which is the highest grade room they have). The worst was the constant dragging of furniture in the night by their workers at the restaurant. I couldn’t sleep even for an hour in my 2 night’s stay. I would recommend to stretch your budget and go for a better place like Radisson or Holiday Inn.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at Vint Club, Lucknow, and unfortunately, my experience was below expectations. The room was not as tidy as I would have hoped—there were clear signs of poor housekeeping, and it didn’t feel fresh or well-maintained. Additionally, the staff seemed quite inattentive and unresponsive to requests, which made the stay less pleasant. There’s definitely room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and service.

GGuest UserThe hotel is just average. The door to my room was broken, so I had to lock it because it does not close by itself. Everything is worn out and needs maintenance. Unfortunately I stayed there at a weekend and there was a wedding (probably every weekend because of their banquet hall) which means is so noisy that you can not sleep.
