Amenities of the hotel was very bad the fridge electric cattle fan etc are not working and the behaviour of the staff was very bad they are uneducated and they don't know how to talk with the customer

Property is good but staff behaviour is very bad. While check out then hold at reception 10 mnt for room checking/observation, even over intercom communicated to his staff. Room check karo. Means?
no behaviour and manner how to with customer. Room also very small given, same cost according more property is available in lucknow. Room no 325 check with your team. Is it right for this cost.

We stayed for a night in the hotel on 22nd june. The mattress was sunk in the middle, had to change it at 12 in night. The bathroom basin got clogged in evening. Also the ac got off in middle of night, many times with power off. We had to get up and manually start it. Bad hotel for stay. The night was worse. Please avoid it. And food prices are too much. Tea costs 125 rs in room. Owner should pay attention to many things. Though the staff was good trying to manage request every time. I appreciate the good staff. But people on top please pay attention.

Comfort and beautiful stay. Good ambience and cleaned rooms. Great food. Very tasty. And in reasonable rates. Staff were very polite and helpful. Recommended to everyone
