Poor management very bad behaviour. All rooms are almost with no maintenance. Totally terrible experience it was. Very bad.

the experience was horrible. The hotel is pathetic. Not at all maintained, unhealthy ambience with dampness on each and every wall, full of mosquitoes, cockroaches and rodents roaming around inside the rooms, broken doors, leaking shower and taps, broken furniture, landline and tv barely working, dirty bedsheets and pillow covers, chairs and sofa. Each and everything in and around the room is dirty. Absolutely no cooperation and help from the receptionist or bell boys. They are totally resilient towards any feedback. Rude behaviour of staff. Cannot give a single point to this place based on anything. While booking parking was offered but after arrival the hotel denied parking. Total mismanagement, casual attitude of staff all just took a toll on our stay. Did not expect this kind of experience in the rarest of imagination.

Property location is the only best thing about central hotel. Rooms condition is bad and toilet bathroom condition is really worse.

Room provided was at backside without balcony and was very small. Roof has damp and walls of the rooms have damp and very very dirty. Washroom was also very small and washbasin tap was faulty. Overall not good experience.

Washroom dirty, basin in partial. Elevated mode and taps not working, water buckets not cleaned since very long time, unhygienic. Fan has sized regulator can not change the mode. This all since my previous visit to this hotel.
