The room was very small. Ac was not functional. Geyser was not working in the bathroom. I had to check out early morning and had to take shower from cold water.

Very poor service at arif castle. Nobody was bothered about guest eyery1 was busy in their own dept. Client was last priority in d hotel. Highly unprofessional attitude was shown by staff.

Not a very good experience from last two times. Had requested for executive room with large bed. The room provided was too small, no table for dining on. On several request the room was changed with a twin bed one. Just normal water was provided instead of bottled water. Electric kettle was also not working and had to be changed on request. Over all not a good stay.

It was an excellent stay for me at arif castle. The staff was good and polite. Especially for women travellers it was safe and within good distance from all the relevant places. The only glitch i faced was repetitive breakfast menu.

The service provided by the hotel staff was unacceptable. Despite having a complimentary breakfast included, when i requested something during breakfast, they failed to serve it. Upon following up, they merely smiled and asked me to wait. Ultimately, i left without receiving the breakfast i was entitled to. This experience was deeply disappointing.

Location was good, city centre, rooms need renovation. Specially toilets, breafast was strictly ok. On the whole a 3 outoff 5 stars

The property is located in the heart of the city at rana pratap marg, walking distance to hazratganj market. Room is a bit small as compared to new hotels but it is well designed and all the necessary amenities are available in the room. I stayed with family of 4 people and we stayed comfortably and liked the hotel. Food is really good & staff is very courteous.
