Charges for mini bar has been taken later during checkout. The same was never mentioned while check in. Hotel management was rude during check out and no staff was present at reception during late check in. I would not recommend the hotel to anyone.

Conveniently located near the metro station. The food at the restaurant is quite delicious. It's also nice to have a mini bar (sweets and drinks available for a fee) in the room.

This particular time i found both house keeping as well as f&b to be very average and completely mismanaged.

The hotel is located within walking distance from hazratganj which makes transport available at all times. The hotel rooms are neat and clean with all modern amenities available. Hotel has its own parking space unlike hotels which advertise parking but have you park your car on the road. The hotel’s buffet breakfast was amazing combining both indian and continental breakfasts. Room service is spot on and tariff is a bit high for the budget conscious but if you can splurge then go for it.

Good hotel with all amenities. Hygienic place with dashtarkhan original next to the wall. Check in and check put process were smooth

The staff is unsupportive and they were doing construction work during the day and disturbing the guest.

Stayed with family. Staff was very nice. Ambience was great. Food quality amazing. So overall a great stay at gemini continental.

We have to ask for water for 4 time then they send unpacked bottles sleepers are not there even i asked for it food - chapatis were burnt and i cannot eat

They are playing fraud in the name of mini bar which is nothing but snacks and chargeable complimentary will be available on demand but a paid mini bar is available in the room without any demand which is giving the impression of complimentary and at the time of check-out you will know that it is chargeable

We booked by mistake yesturday and immediately called hotel people but there is no proper reply also we unable to connect mm t care coz of we ware in kashmir. Our all phone was not reachable. After that also we tried to connect many time. No reply from any one. We suffered a lot.

They have taken extra charges for early check in and food was too much expensive. Staff was good nd room service was good

Very pleasant stay. Polite and courteous staff. Nice and clean room and so strategically located. We enjoyed our stay.
