It’s a beautiful colonial boutique hotel. Rooms are clean, spacious, furniture is antique and the food is as local as it could get. We came here for a wedding and I highly recommend this hotel for hosting your wedding guests and performing all ceremonies. Special shoutout to the night staff member called Ajay Singh. He will serve you the best.

We had a fantastic wedding functions at Hotel Saraca, Lucknow. Each and every guest of ours appreciated Saraca's environment with respect to all aspects viz, great Lucknawi ambiance, extremely friedly, polite and hardworking staff members (to name a few Mr Shyam, Mr Santosh and Mr Ajay Mishra and many more), great gastronomical journey of Awadhi cuisines led by Chef Mohsin Qureshi; the entire Team Saraca did a fantastic job making our lifetime event a memorable one. As they say a team's success depends how well it is led; Mr Abhishek Mishra, GM Hotel Saraca, is undoubtedly such a leader who is cool & calm and his suggestions and advises are extremely practical which shows his positive and bold attitude...... Hotel Saraca is a great place to organise such functions. Thank you Team Saraca for giving us such a great and fantastic experience. We wish you the best in all your endeavours.

Amazing colonial era property with the right balance of opulence and subtlety. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Rest of this review is just to use-up the 200 character lower limit. Which isn't a great product design from trip advisor team.

Attended a family wedding here. Great staff. Great amenties. The whole building was gorgeous and we were able to enjoy without any interferences. Must recommend for anyone planning to host a wedding in Lucknow. And the courtyard is a great chilling place

One of the best hotel in India staff are very good and cooperative best hospitality service in India , food is very delicious Hotel mark the awadh culture of Lucknow. It is situated in heart of city, locality is good, I will give 5/5 rating to Saraca Hotel

I didn’t like the hotel rooms. It was very congested and was not well maintained. The receptions staffs were not that great and amicable, However the rest other staffs were good. Given the portion size and price of the foods in the restaurant you would not feel like eating anything.

We stayed for three nights during Diwali. A short trip to lucknow, so we chose Saraca online. Didn't know what to expect but after we reached there we found out that all staffs are welcoming and always assisting with a smile. Shweta was very helpful during the breakfast hours. The environment is peaceful and quiet and the food is good. We had a wonderful stay in Lucknow.

Saraca Hotel exceeded all our expectations and truly made our trip to Lucknow special. The hotel has a comfortable and luxurious atmosphere. From the moment we checked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive, making sure we felt at home. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and tastefully decorated, with all the amenities you’d expect from a hotel like this. One of the highlights was definitely the dining experience. The food was absolutely delicious. The location of Saraca Hotel is also very convenient.
