Nice behaviour of staff

We are staying here on dated 24th March, with booking name of Vikas Rajput, we booked hotel with ******* through amd we already mention by call we came late night, when we came at hotel 3 AM and we told him to give us room them he denied amd told us that we didn’t receive full amount from booking partner, so we can’t provide you to room , after many hours request to hotel then he agreed to gives us room 3.30 AM, and early morning when we sleep suddenly his manager came and fight with us and our luggage thrown outside the room also he abusive many times to us , we don’t recommend to family and friends to booked this hotel.

We really appreciate your service. Your working staffs were friendly and ready to response everytime. Very nice service. Hotel rooms are big enough and tidy. Keep it up! We enjoyed staying in lucknow.

Everything was ok for the price. The only part we didn’t like was, it is a vegetarian restaurant! On top of it they don’t allow ordering food from outside. That ******! Other wise it was good 👍

The hotel is located in the heart of city. Road is congested but hotel provides parking so it's not an issue. About the room - the room was clean and specious hospitality was very good food taste was very good.

Location is easy accessible. Near to charbagh railway station, near to hazratganz. Staff is also well educated and well mannered. Just little need to update their rooms

It was an average room and if we compare with the price it is not matching. One can find more good options

Booked grand deluxe or grand corp twin bed room on on 4th of jean by seeing it's ratings and pics. Lobbies were very stinky, rooms were dark, basic amenities like electric kettle and bathroom sleepers were missing, walls were dirty. Bedsheets were not clean found kady hairs on bedsheet. It was overall a bad experience.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travel-led with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places and i will come again this property please gyes come and stay. And enjoy our weekend with nexus hotel. I love this. And specially thanks for tha server. Who serve tha breakfast. Freakfast is very good. Thanks to all staff.

Never book this hotel.we had a worst experience in this hotel.when u book it online u will see a beautiful picture of the room but in real is not like this.we book a deluxe room the mattress was very very thin it was just a sponge.we had body pain.we went to complain and we had to upgrade the room to executive room with additional charges. Their executive room was an old dirty smelly room.window edge full of dust.the room has one kettle to boil water but u the cord is not enough long to connect to the PowerPoint.we had put something under the kettle and use it.The Ac is an old style that’s doesn’t fuction well. The toilet exhaust system full of dust.it’s very old and dirty.we stayed 5 days as they won’t refund our money.in our stay we got soap 2 days only and towel they provide u only one for 2 people.u have to keep asking for more. Please never see pictures and book this hotel. It’s not worth what we paid.

Check in experience was not good, but afterwards the room was upgraded and room service/food was good

HOTEL NEXUS. I had originally booked a different hotel in Lucknow using my Indian mobile number. They thought I was therefore an Indian citizen, so couldn’t accept me as a a guest when I arrived as they were not authorised to take foreign tourists. The manager there [R.K.International] was extremely helpful and got me a discount deal at the relatively close Hotel Nexus. When I arrived here at Hotel Nexus the staff showed me three available rooms and let me choose whichever I preferred. They were all clean, large rooms with large clean toilet/shower. As I was on my way to Nepal and had come mainly to Lucknow to get a Covid PCR-test I had a problem that I took to the Hotel manager. Due to a 5-hour late train arrival plus the problem with my previous hotel booking, that left me no time to take a PCR-test on the day of my arrival. Nor to see anything of Lucknow before my scheduled departure. The manager Mr. Vaibhaj Trow solved my difficulties by phoning around, arranged a Dr. to come to the hotel in the morning to take the test, PLUS printed out an itinerary of places to see in Lucknow, PLUS allowed me to leave my luggage at the hotel after checking-out so that I could see the sights unemcumbered before my night-train departure. So in SUMMARY: good, comfortable, quiet clean room PLUS EXCELLENT customer service from the very friendly and helpful staff. ________

All facilities were very good. The rooms here were neat and clean. This is the best hotel for tourist to stay. Because the historical place is near from here, Aminabad market is 1 kilometer. And more places to visit are within 2 kilometers. Overall our tour was perfect.
