The hotel is at easily accessible location and adjacent to Transport Nagar Metro station. It is well connected by metro with airport, Charbagh Railway station and business centres. Front office is very efficiently managed byNitin, Abhishek & Anup for smooth check in and all around help. F&B at Pavilion is awsome and multi cuisine offerings add to the value.

Worst service ive ever seen , every-time we ask for in room dining we got same reply , we dont have anything left-in kitchen. Bathroom was on bad shape . No concierge service available. Its like we are not staying at a hotel but do it yourself hotel . For a price tag of 4 star hotel . DONT go here.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. The service was very good,the staff was really kind and willing to attend any request.My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed .Alongside thoughtful amenities and general comfort, an efficient staff that excels at personal attention is a must-have for all hotels.Specially thanks to Priya ma'am and her team taking care of my food and keeping me healthy. It was the worst experience. I brought a group to stay and I feel so sorry for my customers who had to go through such a horrible thing. This hotel is dirty and evil. Run far away from here. ................ All photos were taken on the day of our stay. There were 45 of us and we could not move hotels because it was late at night. I regret bringing everyone to this hotel. It should not be called a hotel. It should be called a garbage room.

Recently I had visited Lucknow and stayed in hotel cygnett Park Di arch. The location is good, hotel is nearest to transport nagar metro station . The room was well maintained. Food quality is excellent. Reception staff and waiters are are courteous. I think staying in this hotel has value for money. This was all positive aspects that i discovered about this hotel. And one bad point i want to point out on a serious note is that during checkin there was a boy with black blazer at reception who was shouting loudly to his junior due to which atmosphere was tense while checkin. That was not a great experience. Hope my this point would be taken care of. Except this i enjoyed my stay.

Excellent place for stay. But please use reusable water bottles. A lot of plastic is getting used and causing unnecessary waste. But room was big enough to be comfortable. They brought swiggy delivery directly to my room. It was a short but convenient stay.

I just visited in the previous month, and I was mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodations. Their staff behaviour is also excellent, and I would love to visit again,After conducting research, I selected. I was highly impressed with its clean and comfortable rooms and additional facilities. I highly recommend it! The cultural experience at left us with many stories and great memories. The hotel facilities and room services are exceptional. The staff are also accommodating and friendly specially aditi mam, manas sir and ashish sir ,Absolutely liked everything about this hotel. From delicious dining options to cozy rooms with stunning views, everything exceeded my expectations,Thank you so much for making my trip memorable
