This is the only one hotel that I use to stay in Kanpur. So far so good, beside the bed too soft for me.

Room is clean and service was good Breakfast runs out quickly and isn’t refilled

I just loved the environment and calmness over there. This property is one of the finest in whole Lucknow. Ambience, rooms, pool area and dining hall everything is so mesmerising. Overall a good hotel to visit.

Nice hotel

Very close to the airport and very good The hotel rooms are well-cleaned and well-equipped with amenities. The price is a little high, but I think it's well worth the stay.

Nobody has asked me to write this review, but I wanted to do so anyway, as my husband, son and I are so very grateful to all the staff at the Holiday Inn Lucknow Airport for the outstanding care and attention to detail which they provided throughout our stay. While maintaining an exceptionally high standard of professionalism, they also looked after our needs with very great courtesy and friendliness, all of which was hugely appreciated. The meals were delicious and definitely lived up to Lucknow's excellent, worldwide reputation for the quality of its food. Simple dishes cooked to perfection are often the hallmark of a great kitchen: we loved our eggs in the morning! Our rooms were extremely clean and comfortable, and the housekeepers went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed plus a few extras: the towel art was truly wonderful! The grounds were immaculate, and it was lovely to see the thoughtful decorations in place for Diwali. The hotel is also very conveniently located for the very well-priced Lucknow metro, which we took to visit the shops in Hazaratganj. We are a British family, who travelled to Lucknow from England for a wedding, but we should certainly love to return for more of a tourist trip, and we should definitely book at the Holiday Inn Lucknow Airport again.

Narayan sir best service in the Holidayy inn hotel. They have best service also near the airport. Ajeet service in cleaning is also very good and they have are very well mannered…………………………………………………………::.::………………………………………………………………..

Useless Hotel , Not worth the money. Rude and in cooperative staff. Home made and daily changing rules. Kindly avoid the Hotel ...............................................................................................

Service and amenities were too good. We have night gala with music system, dance and super yum food etc.. love to visit again 😊 Special thanks to Mr. Lalit Duty Manager for facilitating on any service.. Trip was for Buisness travel, however our stay stikes to come gain for leisure trip too ✌️

The pillow is the flufiest i ever met. Breakfast are good, housekeeping also good, swimming pool is clean and nice view on the top floor. Mr. Narayan floor executive also very helpfull Near to city center and the new lucknow airport. Recomended to stay here

I had an excellent stay at Holiday Inn Lucknow. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with modern amenities. The staff was very professional and courteous, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout. I also enjoyed the diverse dining options, and the food was delicious. The hotel's proximity to the airport made my trip even more convenient. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lucknow for business or leisure!

The hotel is a fantastic escape from the chaotic city. As a single female traveller, with elderly parents in tow, the stay made the trip a success. It's conveniently connected to the metro from the airport (5 mins) and I did not require a taxi. The rooms are exceptionally clean, the beds comfortable and quiet (considering the metro is outside the hotel). The housekeeping are there round the clock to keep your room tidy. Thank you to Amit, Rini, Mini, Sandeep, Narayan and Shivani from housekeeping. As the metro is outside you can take an unlimited pass and roam around the city thanks to the clean public transit. Lucknow metro also has clean drinking water fountains. The grounds and pool are well maintained as well as the gym. The breakfast buffet was the highlight of the stay. The food was delicious and every item I tasted was genuinely worth going for a second helping. Even the folks agreed. Thank you to the executive chef Abhimanyu, chef Vijay, chef Narayan, chef Riya, Shrikant, Anjali, Vinit, Mahi, Diapnjan, Pradnesh, Vijay for making the trip memorable.
