A special thanks to the manager, who graciously accommodated my late check-in without any hassle—such flexibility is rare and truly appreciated. The service throughout my stay was impeccable, with everyone genuinely eager to assist. Fraud hotel,Be aware I have recently got a extremely shocking experience in this hotel, today (7th September 2024) at time of check out I received a due bill of food and minibar and just go through the bills and found they charged Rs.150 for energy drink from mini bar and I thought they entered that wrongly, when I told them about the wrong entry but they forced me to pay that.According to them they checked everything at the time of check in but what if their stuffs stole anything from minibar at time of cleaning,I was not in my room at the cleaning time Now my points are 1.Why a customer lying for Rs150/- ? 2.What is the proof that the energy drink was there in the minibar at check in time? 3.Why the management thinks that their stuffs are honest and customs are not??????
