"This is the 2nd time I stayed at this hotel. The last time was over 10 years ago and the service then was excellent with a fresh new hotel. This time round, I find the hotel continue to maintain it quality and service is continue to be excellent. The rooms are modern, very clean and well designed. Keep up the good work and I will continue to visit this hotel whenever I am at this region."

"The front desk staff of the hotel are very friendly and helpful to recommend como food and restaurants, and also handwritten the bus stops and routes we need to take back and forth.
Hotel front desk can buy round-trip tickets, which are cheaper than actual"

"Hotel great rooms. Restaurant and breakfast I wouldn't visit anymore. Breakfast little choice. Restaurant. Maps English different from in Italian. Had paid the room in advance. Reception booked the amount again. I had to wait 6 weeks and see myself I get my money"

"This is a new hotel after relocation. The previous address was next to it, so the navigation was still the previous location. It took 10 minutes to find it. It is inside the Maserati 4S store park. The hotel environment and facilities are very good. It has its own swimming pool and indoor and outdoor peddle courts. It feels like a vacation. The hotel service staff is very good, and the room hygiene is cleaned twice a day. Whether it is Lake Como or going to the center of Milan, it is recommended to stay here if you drive."

"The room was arranged on the first floor, facing the road. There were two emergency exits hidden behind the curtains, and one of the doors was not closed. The soundproofing was very poor, and I could hear people chatting and traffic outside at night. This was the worst hotel to stay in when traveling in Europe. It felt like I was living on the side of a main road."
