We stayed here several years ago for a week with friends and I never got around to writing a review. But seeing this place online brings back such delightful memories I decided to correct that oversight. Beautiful place, not opulent, but perfect for us. Family run, warm and friendly with great attention to personal service. Just a few minute walk and you're in the charming town of Lusignano, with enough dinner choices for several nights, although the best dinner we had was at Le Caselle. A short drive to a number of other beautiful, old Tuscan towns. All in all a great choice for our stay.

In a splendid position among the green hills on the outskirts of Lucignano, this B&B (with an excellent restaurant attached!) proved to be the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. Definitely recommended!

Good accommodation with nice clean room and good swimming pool ok reception basic breakfast excellent thing the attached restaurant but watch out for the room because our accomplice the restaurant was quite noisy well looked after greenery ok parking huge bathroom well appreciated the rating is trustworthy because for the location of the I would have always given the room a 3 for the noise level even if the lack of education around doesn't help the managers of the facilities. Minibar and climate ok.

We only stayed one night as a stopover in our trip, but we regret it because we had such a good time!! Very nice place, spacious room, everything is very clean and very well maintained. Hearty and good quality breakfast. We will definitely come back and stay several days to be able to enjoy the beautiful swimming pool and the sightseeing around it.

We returned today after a 5 day stay. A beautiful place, spotless rooms, friendly and very kind staff, we had dinner at their outdoor restaurant in the beautiful garden, excellent and very varied food. Excellent value for money. We absolutely recommend it, the location is in a strategic position to easily reach many places between Tuscany and Umbria, the town of Lucignano is enchanting and can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. We will definitely recommend it to our friends.

We stayed in this hotel with the New Year's Eve package and we had a very good time, the large, clean and functional rooms, the excellent and plentiful breakfast, the staff from the ladies in the rooms to the breakfast girl, attentive, helpful and always smiling. Congratulations also to the Chef for the dishes he prepared for us. we did savor it for the evenings we ate at the attached restaurant. I will recommend it to friends and relatives. Bellissimo ambiente esterno molto curato ,zona piscina molto piacevole, camera e bagno in stile rustico molto puliti. Buona la colazione simpaticissimo il padre che sta ai caffè e cappuccini. Gestione famigliare ti fanno sentire a tuo agio. A noi è piaciuto molto e torniamo in agosto. For foreign people wonderful..wunderbar!!!
