馬桶濃郁的尿騷味，燒2壺開水沖洗才稍微改善一下，整體配套質量一般般，廁紙少不夠用，拉肚子上了3次沒紙，要求再送廁紙，極其不願意。床偏軟，腰椎不好的人慎重選擇。隔音效果差，大約每半小時會有一趟火車經過，轟隆隆響，睡眠差的人慎重選擇。

房間蠻大，住的很舒適，出差經常住維也納。
這裏必須給前台上晚班、帶眼鏡的小姐姐點贊，温柔甜美，服務態度也很好。
晚上回到酒店，看到精心準備的水果點心，非常開心。

我給五星！客觀來説，這個酒店無論如何都不應該打滿分，但是，基於以下理由:
原本是從海南迴家，晚上路過陸川，完全是抱着隨便對付一晚的心態，結果發現這是我到目前為止住過的性價比最高的酒店！不説五星級酒店，就我住過的眾多維也納酒店來説，這個酒店的硬件超過長沙很多維也納，但是，衹要160你敢信？！衹能説，在這個價格下，一切都不是問題。
服務：無論是前台、餐廳還是客房，態度友善，有求必應。
設施：設施較新且完備，保養得也不錯。
衞生：衞生不錯，沒有肉眼可見的問題。
環境：酒店和周邊環境其實很一般，但是，還是那句話，這個價位下，都不是問題！

靠近火車站太吵，一晚上睡不着覺，蚊子又多
窗簾不自動，睡覺還得起來拉窗簾
燈控制線不多，訂的商務雙床房，衹能在其中一個床頭開關燈
