房間的床單污糟糟的那種用了很久的米黃色，前台水是免費的，但代入房間不行，打掃衞生不積極、上下山的電梯壞了5次。走的時候在維修，導致天天打的。風景秀麗，為了風景也就認了。（吃老本的酒店）

服務：超級贊，由於下樓梯有一段路程，擺放了按鈴告知客户按鈴酒店人員幫助搬運行李，會送客户到房間指引入住！
環境：俯瞰盧塞恩湖景
設施：房間床被枕頭都很舒服柔軟

非常棒的環境，特別有城堡感覺，下次去還住這家酒店。酒店在盧塞恩城的制高點，擁有無敵湖景視野，白天和晚上視野都超一流，若不是行程因素，好想多住幾天。

從火車站轉車到酒店附近，找了一段時間才找到原來有這個登山纜車到山上的酒店，其實就像搭𨋢一樣，都算方便，只是到達後還有一段路才走到前台，中間有些位置需要搬行李。
酒店房間乾淨，光線充足，空間也很夠大，minibar附送的飲品很多也很特別。
酒店的服務很好，早餐的選擇也算多，整體十分滿意。

역에서 조금 멀긴하지만, 성을 개조하여 호텔로 만들다 보니 굉장히 고풍스럽고 특별한 기분이 들게 만들어줍니다. 셔틀이 있었으면 굉장히 편했을것 같은데 아쉽네요
