What a gem of a place! It's by far the best place that we stayed in the 9 days in Italy. We were here for 2 nights as it was closest to where our family resides in Faeto. Beautifully decorated, modern, serene and peaceful The host was absolutely wonderful and accommodating. Beautiful terrace up top to sit and enjoy the views .I would definitely stay here again. 10/10

Needs freshening up
Positives: service was fast and friendly. Nicola was very helpful of where to visit in LUCERA and help with luggage. Breakfast pastries were fresh and coffee great.
Negatives: the location is a10 minute car ride to town and nothing is around (except unfinished building). Landscaping needs to be cleaned up to give the look from the photos. Any noise in the building is noticeable in the room, even chairs moving and low voices.
I picked because of the positives reviews, which I think are out of date.

Nicola was an amazing host! He was very easy to reach and communicate with. I loved my room and the dining experience for dinner was my favourite meal after 8 days in Italy. The views are spectacular

Great property and would return again. Unfortunately it was not clear that the restaurant on site is not open during off season, suggest that be clarified in the property details.

The service was very pleasant. Beautiful finishing and quiet neighborhood. We stayed one night passing through. And I am very happy with the whole experience. I strongly recommend this place to anyone. The room was very clean and warm. A++
