This hotel is extremely overprised. They suggest they are a 4 start hotel, but the certificate is from 2017 and expired in 2022. They dont't have a new 4 star rating (yet?). Service is extremely poor. The shower is dangerous, it can become extremely hot suddenly, don't put your children in this showe. Breakfast is very simple, almost no fresh products (i complained about this, but they didn't care). As a matter of fact we felt discriminated as Dutch tourist. Probably they only like French people. If you travel with children beware: they don't like children. We booked here because they heve 3 pools, but 2 of them are prohibited for children! They don't put this information on their website or booking. I tried to contact the hotel about our complaints (we have more), but they don't want to respond to our mails and say we are blacmailing, threathening and herrassing them. Wow!

Hotel has a great pool and garden area, well maintained Rooms are clean, but a bit out of time. price/performance could be better. Good breakfast plenty of choic. At night noice from the beach bar nearby. Close to the beach 50 Meter, Beach is ok for that side of the island. It could haappen that tankers unload oil or gas near the beach.

A 10 min de l’aéroport de Bastia , accueil personnalisé avec Ludovic. La Suite est absolument magnifique , en duplex avec une baignoire donnant sur la mer . Les escaliers en verre apporte une touche originale , le jacuzzi sur la terrasse est à bonne température et les peignoirs tout neufs très moelleux . La literie est douillette et le lit est immense . Les stores électriques sont un vrai plus, car au réveil la vue est grandiose . Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse du personnel et leur disponibilité. Nous avons dîner au restaurant « La Lagune », le menu dégustation (39€) était à notre goût avec le souci de faire plaisir et un petit verre de Muscat en apéritif offert . Les desserts « faits maison »ont été appréciés. La piscine sur le rooftop est chauffée, ce qui offre la possibilité de se baigner même si le temps est mitigé. Le petit déjeuner propose des fruits frais , fraises, kiwis, ananas , melons et également des jus d’oranges pressées ce qui est devenu si rare. Un grand merci à cet établissement qui nous a offert une halte chaleureuse .

Très décevant malgré les apparences… À première vue, l’endroit semble beau et bien aménagé, mais une fois sur place, la réalité est tout autre. Un accueil glacial, le personnel est peu aimable, ne parle presque pas français, tutoie les clients sans gêne, et adopte une attitude franchement antipathique. On se sent vite mal à l’aise. Une hygiène limite… la piscine présente des zones pas très propres. Le bac pour se rincer les pieds et le corps à l’extérieur est bouché, rempli d’une eau trouble. Au buffet, certaines assiettes étaient mal lavées, ce qui ne donne pas du tout envie de manger. Des prix abusifs : 9€ pour un Coca fraise et un Ice Tea… c’est exorbitant ! En résumé oui, c’est joli en photo ou de loin, mais une fois sur place, la beauté ne suffit pas à compenser tous ces points négatifs. Très mauvaise expérience pour ma part, je ne recommande pas du tout !!

Très déçue par le restaurant !!! Un menu enfant à 20€ avec des frites et nuggets congelées + 2 boules de glace …. Une salade « césar » sans les ingrédients d’une salade césar (haricots verts, pommes de terre, salade à tout va et 3 tranches de buche de chèvre du commerce sur un morceau de pain de mie grillé pour faire un clin d’œil à la recette de base) à 26€!!! C’est un scandale les prix avec la médiocrité de la qualité des plats! Hôtel 4 étoiles ?! Clairement pas dans l’assiette!! Le cadre de l’exterieur et la piscine est très bien entretenu et agréable, mais pas un serveur disponible et présent au bar de la piscine la matin, et l’après midi il s’est fait attendre plusieurs fois par plusieurs clients qui attendaient de pouvoir commander, avec une présence de 15 min sur 2h de temps… étant cliente de la piscine et restaurant , la qualité du service est vraiment décevant cette année.

Accueil parfait sympathique arrangeant. Chambres spacieuses avec une literie irréprochable. Le restaurant propose des plats délicieux et le personnel, Moon et ses collègues sont adorables. Nous recommandons vivement.

Wir waren in der Nähe in einem anderen Hotel und haben in ihrem Hotel unser Nachtessen eingenommen. Das Essen war passabel. Für den zum Teil exorbitanten Preis eher medioker. Der Service zum Teil sehr inkompetent und unfreundlich. Die extrem langen Wartezeiten bis etwas auf den Tisch gekommen ist sind inakzeptabel, zumal das Restaurant sehr schlecht besucht war. Nicht empfehlenswert. Man müsste das Service Personal besser schulen, dies meine Empfehlung.

Hotel bien situé bord de plage.. Chambre vieille pas entièrement rénovée pour certaine .,, En demi pension, repas digne d’une cantine…. Revoir la formation du cuisinier Petit déjeuner très copieux.,, Revoir simplement la cuisine pas digne d’un hôtel 4 *
