nice and kind reception, tried to listen what I wanted , and breakfast was also ok, the hotel is in walking distance to famous Lucca fortress .. and just beside there’s mid sized supermarket and bit further distance there’s big esselunga so you can choose whichever you want to go or buy … I enjoyed the stay and might come back to stay in Lucca

The area around the hotel feels safe, many cafés and bars. 15 minutes walk to the historical city center.
The staff is just fantastic, both helpful and charming!

Hotel w dogodnej dla nas lokalizacji - blisko autostrady, niedaleko od centrum miasta (20 min. spacerem). Wygodny, duży parking należący do hotelu (wjazd ze szlabanem). Okna pokoi wychodzą albo na McDonalds i autostradę, albo parking supermarketu (zdecydowanie lepiej było nam po stronie supermarketu). Niestety byliśmy zmuszeni zmienić pokój z uwagi na czarną pleśń przy oknie oraz grzyb na ścianie - obsługa hotelu było bardzo pomocna i mimo pełnego obłożenia zaproponowała nam inny pokój. Reszta pobytu przebiegła już spokojnie. Tak jak w większości hoteli we Włoszech, w pokoju nie było zestawu do parzenia kawy/ herbaty ani butelkowanej wody czy szklanek.
