Lovely hotel with good location
Very clean and spacious rooms. Very friendly staff. Booked a table for us in the local restaurant which served amazing italian food! So thank you for a great experience!

Ideal location for a few days holiday in Lucca. Quiet street 200m outside wall entrance, a lovely walk along the mediaeval wall from the train station. The high ceilings and huge doors and louvres opening to a patio area mean you can sleep on the comfortable bed until lunchtime! Rossola welcomed us with a sense of humour and was most helpful during our stay. Can thoroughly recommend this BnB to visitors to Lucca.

terrible experience, room in the attic without air conditioning and we were teased that they would turn it on for us. but that would only work if no one in the entire facility was taking a shower shower in the middle of the room and outside the bathroom!@

La posizione della struttura è ottima, vicino alle mura. Si raggiunge il centro facilmente a piedi. La stanza era piccola e molto datata come tutte le dotazione compreso il bagno. Nella stanza di ingresso reception c'era una macchina per il caffè con una sola capsula! E non è stata rifornita durante il nostro soggiorno. Il prezzo troppo alto per quello che offrono.

Ottima come posizione. Ma solo quello. Nella ns camera c'era una puzza di vecchio.nessun kit per igiene personale. La cosa più brutta fare colazione in un bar fuori dalla struttura mentre il proprietario dell'albergo è passato a pagare la colazione. La stanza dava sulla strada molto trafficata.

Posto strategico per visitare la citta'...un po' datato ma chiacchierando con il gestore sta ristrutturando di mese in mese il tutto...alla fine per me il voto e' buono....sempre il gestore disponibile con consigli su posti e ristoranti....stanze molto spaziose ..e massima libertà di muoversi entrando e uscendo dalla struttura ...tv completa di netflix

La ubicación es perfecta , muy cerca del centro histórico y con parking La limpieza y amplitud el las habitaciones está muy bien El trato recibido por parte de Rossano es espectacular, todo el tiempo pendiente de tus necesidades y te hace la estancia agradable y como si estuvieras en casa No hay desayuno pero no es necesario ya que hay Justo al lado varios establecimientos para desayunar muy bien De hecho hemos estado en hoteles con desayuno y casi mejor que no los tuvieran ya que serán muy pobres
