I booked a stay with departure date 27/09/23 thas was confirmed by Casa Paolina. On 26/09/23 I received a one-sided and very last-minute cancellation without any further communication or explanation. This is NO way to treat people and certainly no manner of conducting business on a professional level, so BE WARNED !

A lovely appartment. Very large, very clean. And the location great The host was so helpful he couldn't do enough to help Only stayed for 2 nights but loved it and would definitely go back to this appartment

This apartment has a fantastic location in the heart of Lucca's old town. Close to everything you want to see and experience. The apartment we stayed in was spacious with windows in two directions. The standard is quite simple and they are reasonably clean. There is also a small kitchen area where you can prepare your own food. However, I think the host can provide coffee and tea considering the price you pay. The service is ok but they don't have staff on site all the time which means you have to call them and it can take time to get your requests fulfilled.

Pleasant experience of hospitality in this house located in the heart of Lucca! Very kind and very helpful owners, they even organized the search for a parking space for us. Apartment in a strategic position, in the center, equipped with a lift. Very bright with large rooms and very comfortable beds. Highly recommended

L'appartamento è super curato e pulito. Il letto è super comodo. Grande accoglienza da parte del Signor Roberto, gestore degli appartamenti, che ci ha fatto sentire a casa. La posizione è ottima e centrale. Da consigliare vivamente! Speriamo di tornare presto.
