This place is great fun. Georgia, the manager is a star, effortlessly organising everything with great charm. We had a difficult arrival late at night, thank you EasyJet for cancelling our earlier flight we suspect because it was only half full. We were put in room 7 on the second floor , not suitable for 70 year olds! Georgia moved us the next day to a ground floor room with a delightful sitting area outside. The swimming pool is lovely and breakfast is served in a garden room next door to it. We hired bikes from the hotel and rode round the city walls, highly recommend, great fun.

A wonderful place to stay staff are so friendly and helpful and the setting is beautiful. It was just what we wanted relaxing by the pool where drinks and food are available during the day then a pleasant 15 minute walk into Lucca for dinner and drinks. We didn’t have a bad meal and prices very reasonable for food and drink. Beautiful walk around the walls of Lucca, visited the Cathedral and Tower. A nice mix of relaxation with cultural centre and restaurants. Only negative is lack of taxis in Lucca so had to walk back late to villa, but Lucca is very safe and we had no issues.

Great location - walkable into the historic centre. Excellent buffet breakfast. Room was comfortable although quite small and without a chair, but one was provided when I asked. Staff were very helpful.

Beautiful and very clean hotel with a gorgeous big pool. It’s just a 15 a 20 minute stroll to Lucca and very quiet for a good night sleep. Free parking at the hotel. Great breakfast with eggs, fresh breads, fruit, cakes and much more. Amazing owners and their staff! Very friendly, they work hard and they will make sure that you will have a wonderful stay. You won’t regret this peaceful hidden gem! We will go back for sure!💚🤍❤️

This is a beautiful oasis in Tuscany just outside Lucca. Staff could not have been any more friendly or helpful. Nothing was a problem for them. Just a short walk into the old town of Lucca. We hired the bikes and explored the town. Pool was great for relaxing in the heat. I would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation

I booked a room through *********** but unfortunately there was a mix up and I mistakenly booked the wrong date. I called the hotel to explain what had happened and asked them to bring my booking forward. I even mentioned that it was a genuine mistake as we were coming to join friends who were already staying there. They were totally inflexible and said I would need to pay again if we wanted to stay, they wouldn’t consider swapping the dates at all. We were really disappointed but we didn’t want to give them any more money after the way they had dealt with us so we didn’t stay.

Perfect location as less than a 20 minute walk into Lucca and also had bikes to hire which we had a very enjoyable day exploring Lucca on. The pool is lovely and quiet, ample safe parking and the room was beautiful. Lovely shutters to keep it dark and very spacious. The breakfast was fabulous and the staff really lovely and helpful. We would definitely recommend and return here.

Perfect hotel for a visit to Lucca. You have a wonderful Tuscan villa type set up with an amazing pool and quirky interiors just a 20 min walk from the city walls. This allowed us to spend mornings sightseeing and then back to cool down the pool in the hot afternoons. The room was massive so plenty of room to unpack. Staff were so friendly and helpful from the second we arrived to the moment we left, from helping with bags, to poolside bar service and organising taxis. Such a chilled experience, massive thumbs up.
