Friendly and efficient staff, I would give the structure 3 stars, abundant dinner average, breakfast to be reviewed, good cleaning... top courtesy and availability, even though the pool was closed, they let us use the sunbeds, very kind.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Large parking lot. Friendly and helpful staff. Rich buffet breakfast although the coffee from the dispenser is not good. We stayed only one night in a quadruple. They accommodated the request for a cot.

The shortcomings of this structure are many, I can't understand how it could have received 4 stars. It is a large complex whose maintenance is done by patching up here and there, without a real decisive intervention. Here are the main problems noted; - cheaply renovated room and blind bathroom not renovated, from the 80s. No telephone in the room. Wi-fi not working. Noisy air conditioning that leaks water in the middle of the room. - embarrassing breakfast service: tables set with transparent plastic tarpaulins that really give the idea of ​​​​the lack of cleanliness, staff little present in the room and who do not speak English, and finally cups and dishes badly washed with signs of previous use. - bar open from 7pm to 11pm, when we arrived at 5pm we asked if they could prepare us a toast and they told us that outside of these hours it was not possible. - the swimming pool is the best aspect of the structure, however even here you can notice the lack of attention to detail, in the front lawn there was a broken manhole with the danger that children would fall in, and a pergola with piled up dirty tarpaulins. Traveling and seeing other 4-star structures, I can say that this is definitely below the standards that the traveler expects, comparable to a 2-star, especially in relation to the price requested.

The structure has great potential for its proximity to Lucca, large parking lot and is surrounded by greenery. They welcome four-legged friends and the staff is always courteous. Our room, always clean, on the first floor is renovated and welcoming, however the bathroom, without a window, would need some major improvements in the furnishings and sanitary ware. The air conditioning does not work even though it was at least 27 degrees in the room. The mini bar deactivates as soon as the electronic key is removed, so in fact it is not usable. In our case, even though dinner was included, we had to wait incomprehensibly for about half an hour before the tables were freed, like us other guests of the hotel. The staff was nevertheless kind, in trying to reduce the inconvenience. Rich breakfast and dinner with quality ingredients fully satisfied our expectations. The only downside is that the tables are set with transparent plastic sheets to protect the tablecloth underneath that stick to the elbows, absolutely out of place ... something never seen before. Finally, microfiltered water at 3.5 euros per bottle, I recommend bringing it from home. In general, it cannot be considered a 4-star structure
