This place really is something different. It's got a really cool design and the suite is massive. It's very calm and probably 15-20 minute walk from the centre of Lucca but you get a peace and quiet that you probably won't get inside the walls. The breakfast is nice and the two staff members I dealt with were very polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again.

We had a very unpleasant experience, the house is of poor quality, every step, word and movement can be heard from other rooms, when somebody flush the toilet the noise from the pipes fills the whole house and it is very difficult to sleep, it is far from a peaceful and comfortable holiday. The breakfast is quite modest. The company manager does not communicate with customers or offer solutions, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Your hotel was wonderful,we loved all the paintings on the walls and the wrought iron four poster bed with historical helmets on the side for lights . The bathroom was lovely. But most of all the staff were fantastic and so helpful. When we come back will definitely request to stay in the room that overlooks the garden with a roll top bath. The walk into Lucca center took us about 15 minutes stroll and was safe to walk day and night. Lucca was a lovely city to explore. Thank you so much . Cheers Marysia and Terry

Corte molto carina, con una grande cura nei dipinti sui muri. Camera suite bella, curata nei dettagli e con una piacevole vista sul cortiletto interno. Simona molto gentile e disponibile nel soddisfare le necessità.

Heel uniek verblijf. Zeer originele inrichting en erg vriendelijk personeel. We hadden een kamer met ontbijt. Ontbijt was elke dag meer dan in orde. Je kan als je wilt ook buiten ontbijten in hun gezellige tuin. Kort samengevat: een aanrader.

Abbia mi o soggiornato una sola notte per andare a vedere un concerto ma posso dire che è stato come in una favola. Letto a baldacchino, vasca in camera biscottini e acqua di benvenuto. Tutto studiato nei dettagli per viziare l’ospite. Colazione piccola ma ben fornita, anche se mancava la parte salata.

Ho soggiornato per due notti in questo b&b caratteristico con la mia famiglia ed è stata un' esperienza positiva. La struttura è stata completamente ristrutturata ed è pulita. La camera ( una quadrupla) caratterizzata da dipinti di folletti e fatine davvero simpatici, cuscini e materassi molto confortevoli. A nostra disposizione c' era un mini frigo, un bollitore con tazze e bustine di tè e 4 bottigliette d' acqua. Il bagno pulito, con phon , doccia e detergenti di cortesia di ottima qualità. Inoltre il climatizzatore funzionava bene e c' era la tv. Al piano terra sul retro c' era un giardinetto curato con un laghetto ricco di ninfee in fiore e pesciolini. Non abbiamo avuto problemi di parcheggio perché davanti alla struttura e nelle immediate vicinanze i posti liberi non mancavano. Per concludere sottolineo la gentilezza della ragazza della reception che cerca di venire incontro ad ogni richiesta ed esigenza. Sicuramente una struttura di cui terremo conto se torneremo a Lucca.
