Our party of 5 stayed at the Residenza FillAnfi for one night at the end of a short tour of Tuscany, occupying 3 rooms. Our host, Valentina, was exceptional. Her introduction to the property and attention to detail in explaining everything was excellent. The rooms were quiet, clean, spacious and had everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The kitchen is accessible for all residents, and overlooks the Piazza dell'Anfiteatro, a lovely piazza with many nice restaurants. In summary the accommodation was excellent. We should have arranged a longer stay in Lucca - a real gem !

On the occasion of a Lucca Festival Concert I had the opportunity to stay in this structure for two nights. Wonderful place with an attention to detail and cleanliness worthy of note. The owner, Valentina in addition to kindness and professionalism stands out for her knowledge of the city and precious advice, in addition she is radiant and sunny. The structure is truly impeccably kept, right in the center with a view from the kitchen that leaves you breathless. The cleaning is widespread and makes everything even more beautiful. When you take the classic trips out of town, you always do things a bit in a hurry and the stress increases, especially if you have children. This time, my partner and I carefully considered what to do and where to go and we completely hit the mark. We stayed in this structure for only one night but we could have stayed there for years.. they pampered us from the first moment and recommended everything we needed to recommend. I know that Tripadvisor can raise the quality or destroy a business and everyone tends to be more than kind so as not to run into problems or malicious reviews, but here you could see the true passion and competence of their work. The rooms are very clean and cared for in every detail, the breakfast area overlooks the main square and is a unique and rare sight. Thanks again for everything, you were wonderful, we will definitely return and we recommend it to anyone who wants to take a trip to Lucca.

Great hotel in the center of Lucca very clean and friendly host Valentina. Parking possibility in underground parking Mazzini. We booked a night on the 1st day of our tour Cinque Terre Rapallo Portefino and Genoa and on the penultimate day because Lucca is a wonderfully beautiful town and the hotel is excellent.
