Hotel location is very good, there is swimming pool and gym sauna, the hotel has parking lot but the seat is not much more than 14 euros a night. The disadvantage is that the floor of the room is gray on the side of the road, and the hotel may be old, the carpet inside the room is very dirty, the door I feel that the paint has fallen off, and the curtains in the room are also short. The morning sunlight can be glaring from below.

Although located next to the station the hotel proved to be a quiet location. The rooms are quite small, lack some amenities (coffee making) but the bed and bedding is comfortable and sleep quality is good. The breakfast was superb with plenty of options. It offered excellent value and was only around 15 minute walk to the old town and its attractions.

We had 3 nights stay in July 2022. This hotel is located right the in center of Lübeck in the old part of the city. The City Hall Square is just 3 min away as well as the nice water channels. Hotel rooms are spacy and some of the cleanest I have ever seen. We had a room facing the street which was fine. We did not experience any noise as it is a very quiet street. Break feast buffet had a nice wide selection and was well organized. Staff was friendly and service minded through out the stay. We used the underground Parking owned by the hotel. The hotel puts up signs with names so there are reserved fixed spots. Note that some of the parking spaces are a bit narrow, even for normal size cars. Also note that the road leading up the parking garage is narrow and bumpy (Old town road) So lower sports cars can have issues) All in all we had an excellent stay and sure choose Atlantic Hotels again

As an international traveler I care most about functioning wifi, A/C, and parking - basically in that order. The hotel is easy to reach from Hamburg via Autobahn and close to major routes. 25 min walk into the city, several shops and restaurants close by. Breakfast and bar is great, amazing view from 8. floor. Rubbery smell in the hallway. Parking is a nigh**are in the adjacent parking lot - very tight no space situation all around. Room clean with spartan ambiance that is called ‘nordic’ . No carpet and very clean. Not much room in the bathroom/counter. Wifi does not work - also it is an all open network hotspot causing additional problems with Mac/ I phone. A/C in room shuts off after short period of time with humid weather. Very minimal bedding - 1 small pillow with no additional pillows in room. Staff at the desk was helpful with late check-in. Otherwise unconcerned about the idea that most travelers need functioning wifi and expect A/C to work. Staff in the bar/ restaurant is amazing and super friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

Stayed for one night on the way from Denmark to southern Germany. Check in Check in very fairly swift and the person behind the reception was friendly. Check out was easy and quick as well. Rooms The rooms look very dated and would need to be freshen up. They very much gave late 90’s early 00’s vibes. Something else to note was that we booked two room in different categories, yet they were next to each other and exactly the same, despite one being the superior room. Other than rather the room was fairly pleasant with plenty of seating and a decently comfortable bed. HOWEVER, after about an hour in the room (the extractor fan in the bathroom had been running) it started smelling of urine in the bathroom, very, very badly. We waited some time in the hope it would go away but it didn’t. Eventually we went back down to the reception to ask what could be done and they gave us a new room immediately. They said they knew that some rooms had this issue (our room was 1109 so make sure to avoid that one). If they know, why do they not fix it before they put guests into the room? (Having just read some of the trip advisor reviews shows that this problem has been an issue since 2019 AT LEAST, how can that not be fixed?) 
One the one hand we were obviously glad we could change rooms so quickly, on the other hand we we’re tired and had already unpacked so changing rooms after a long day isn’t my idea of fun. The new room also had a spider crawling up the wall…. Garage Garage was big with enough decently sized spaces. Wifi Wifi was quite sketchy. Connection wasn’t stable in the first room we stayed at and the upload speed in the second room was quite slow, but signal was more stable. Stayed only because it was on the way, wouldn’t necessarily stay again.

The trip alone is unusual: this little wood is actually on the edge of a business area - which you quickly forget when you relax without a parking search (there is free and sufficient in the castle courtyard) comes to another world. You can't see yourself all the small details that you meet on your way to and in the hotel itself: here a sleeping castle ghost under a small blocked staircase, there books, as decorative stack snored on the stairs, here are a few funny talks that bring you to spark immediately - and above all: Many of the little things you can't see at all at once but gradually discovered... We had the Suite ”Heaven on Earth” (from 2.8. to 5.8. 21) under the roof and like that you feel there too: place without end, super cozy and tastefully furnished, you look almost directly into the sky (although he is of course only painted - and quite skillful - in the roof area. The bed was very comfortable, the Pantry had everything you could wish, many small things in the huge room that you can't find at all in other hotels. The bathroom is a dream, AND: There is a small balcony, windprotected with a view of everything. The ”castel master” understands being everywhere at the same time and answering all questions to one... and not forget: the breakfast buffet: All that the heart wants - and you realize that here too is going to work with heart blood. We will come back in any case. For: I want to be princess there now!!!
