Made a reservation last minute and arrived close to midnight. Rudy Perez was ready to check me in and had the reservation. Rudy was very friendly and attentive during breakfast as well. Place is kept clean and the breakfast area was well stocked. Highly recommend this hotel.

Warning! Do not stay at this hotel! An employee cleaned our room and stole TWO laptops & my son’s wallet. He left the door open after he took it making it look like someone else could have broke in. He was the only one to enter our room, per cameras. He most likely wrapped them in the towels and put them in his cleaning cart. Cops were called, police report filed, investigation pending. Hotel says they are not responsible for their employee stealing our items. Front staff would not give names for upper management. It is not safe to stay here! This happened 6/3/25 when we came for Red Raider orientation. Tech parents…stay away!

I am greatly disappointed with customer service. I made a mistake with the reservation and when I asked for help applying the charges to the correct date, the hotel franchise owner refused. I expected more from a national chain. It’s bad business. I’ll stay elsewhere in the future.

I showed up late due to my mother being in the hospital 7 mins away. During my checking In with a gentleman named Rudy, I discussed how tired I was from being 2 days with my mother and no rest. I explained some personal request to him and he was more than helpful and willing to go the extra mile. He made me feel very welcomed and he truely showed empathy to my situation and I feel like I made a new friend in the short and quick check in with Mr. Rudy. I only wished there were more people like Rudy in the customer service world. Wingate is lucky to have him. Thank you

Staff is always exceptional especially Rudy who always expresses appreciation by using my name recognition. Rudy was working breakfast am shift. It’s convenient and reasonable. A newer property likely 5-7 years old. Breakfast is free and always fresh.

Hotel was very nice and clean! Rudy was very helpful at the front desk! Beds were comfy room was clean! Breakfast was hot and good! We will definitely be staying here again! Thank you Rudy for all your help and the great attitude and wonderful customer service

We had a late check in and Rudy was so kind and respectful! It was a quick stay but Rudy made sure to still give me a rundown of all the perks! What a blessing to have such great staff! I think he deserves a raise, you normally don’t get such a helpful and kind staff at night!
