It use to be a nice hotel years ago. But it really needs a deep cleaning throughout the entire hotel. The towels are old and some were stained. The breakfast was ok.
I guess you get what you pay for.

The entire 3rd floor had a slight stench of mold. Rooms are only cleaned every 3 days according to text but this was not listed in the hotel information when booking.

Sad for a fairly new hotel
Floors had not been cleaned. Bathroom linens were dingy, could use bleach in the laundry. Breakfast was the same exact food each morning and was not at proper temperature.

our room was given to someone else after we checked in. they were sold out and it was handled very poorly!!
I wanted to stay only one night instead of 2 and the hotel would not approve it!! Completely ridiculous !! How do you stay in business with such terrible customer service!!!

We have stayed at this hotel several times. This time the room was not clean. We had to wait for it to be cleaned an hour after out check in time Use to be a good stay for the price but we will mot stay here again.

Great staff!!!
The gentleman the greeted us is amazing! There was a long line to check in, and although he kept the line moving, he was super friendly, gave everyone the information about the pool and breakfast. Super friendly the next day when I said hi. Also, my room had no hairdryer. O called the front desk and the girl was so nice. She explained that they were being stolen. She would send one up. Someone knocked on the door within a minute.

What happened to this property?
I was always taught to say something good first, so I will compliment the friendliness of the front desk staff. That is where it stops! Although the room appeared clean, it was not! Both my wife and I were stung by fire ants on multiple nights. In fact they were crawling all over the area around the coffee maker. The carpet has not been thoroughly cleaned in some time. In fact the bottoms of your feet were dirty after walking from the shower. Coffee packets and clean towels had to be retrieved from the front desk, as housekeeping made no appearances in our room. Breakfast food was cold. To top it off, there was a crack pipe in the back parking lot by the curb! We won’t be back!
