One of the worst hotels we have stepped into Gross hotel, they are refusing to refund me 3 nights we did not stay after already being charged the cancellation policy of the first nights stay. Pool was posted to be open, it was closed the week we were staying, which was the entire reason we picked this hotel. They did not tell us about this at check in or prior to check in. They charged my card before checking ing or I never would have checked in. The lobby was in poor condition, the room was damp and smelled like mold, the floor was dirty. We communicated politely with the from desk we would not be staying and contacted ******* for a refund. Days later the manager will not refund the 3 nights we did not stay, going against their cancellation policy of first night's stay. The hotel is NOTHING like the listing photos.

The tv didn’t work which I wasn’t too mad cause of course we had our phones. The bed was not made. I didn’t have the energy to go and complain. I will come back if I have to since it was located in a convenient spot.

Great location, caring staff This hotel was a little worn, but the location and staff’s caring attitude makes up for that. They were welcoming and we could tell they really care about this hotel. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, condiments and cooking supplies. Free breakfast had lots of choices. the only cons were low water pressure in the bath/shower and TV in living room had no sound.

A few physical issues while we were there (elevator was down, shower was lukewarm at best on one of the days, shower did not drain well, etc.). But the location was unbeatable for me, and every single staff member that I came in contact with provided great service and always with a smile. The staff was fantastic!

Hotel review 2/25 & 2/27 The front desk was more than helpful, very pleasant and made sure we were taken care of within their control. I reserved this hotel because they advertised a hot tub but was told it was closed down for winter, which was why I did not rate as excellent. The evening social was a surprise and a nice touch. Also had a continental breakfast which had the basics and was also good for quick meal.
