It was a complete roller coaster stay with plumbing & AC challenges, but Adam handled each one with grace, professionalism and humor. Ended up being a wonderful graduation weekend. Adam is truly a SUPER host!

Christmas
The property is clean and has a large fenced backyard. A minor problem we had was the Keurig. The adapter in the cabinet didn't fit. Like I said that is a minor problem. The water temperature was difficult to regulate in the showers. We would consider using this property again .

Tech Game
The home is great! Enough room for us and we had everything we needed! When we walked through the door there was a box of fresh made cookies and brownies that were so yummy! Our daughter came to visit us and we were able to make her a big breakfast before heading back home! The host was awesome he was able to accommodate early check in.

Great place for a family to stay
The house was very clean and very well furnished. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again when we come to Lubbock.

Great location
We love the house and the location. Easy access to everything we wanted.
The house, however, needs end tables in the living room to place drinks on. There needs to be more than two chairs on the patio. There were a lot of places that need painting especially interior doors. The fence around the backyard is in terrible shape.
All that said, we would stay there again.
Also, I just want to reiterate that there is a small tear on one of the sofa cushions that was there when we arrived. We did not cause that damage.

We came to watch a sorority event for my daughter and our family hopes to book here every time we come in the future.
