Wir haben kürzlich mit mehreren Freunden 2 Nächte in der Hotelanlage verbracht. Die Zimmer waren sauber, Betten gut. Frühstück in Ordnung. Am ersten Abend war das Essen sehr lecker, z. B. Zander mit Gurkengemüse und Senf-Kartoffelstampf und Fischeintopf. Für den 2. Abend wurde uns sehr das Spreewald Buffet empfohlen, was wir dann auch mit der ganzen Gruppe buchten. Als wir am Abend um 18.00h ankamen (leider ging es nicht draußen, da ziemlich kühl), kam vorm Essen erst einmal der Auftritt von ca. 45 Minuten von einer Spreewald-Komödiantin. War nicht angekündigt, und von unserer Gruppe fanden es die meisten auch nicht sehr unterhaltsam. Vor allem ist man nicht so aufnahmebereit, wenn man hungrig ist. Danach durfte man Tischweise ans Buffet - was teilweise etwas chaotisch ablief. Als wir dran waren, war leider die frisch geräucherte Forelle schon alle. Wildschweinrücken und Schweinebraten mit Senf und Meerrettich waren unglaublich trocken, zäh und faserig. Soße gab es nicht - Meerrettich, Preiselbeeren, Senf und Kräuterquark , Beilagen waren Pellkartoffeln, Quark und Leinöl. Die Salate - Bohnen, Kraut, Tomaten schwammen in der Salatsoße. So ein schlechtes Buffet-Essen hatten wir schon ewig nicht mehr. Das Personal war freundlich, würde beim nächsten Spreewaldbesuch ein anderes Hotel wählen.
