The woman at reception was absolutely rude,grumpy & pushed my phone away when trying to translate Spanish into English to communicate with her & so was the grey gentleman (I believe her grumpy & rude husband). Emma was very helpful with the little English she spoke.

I had already paid when the lady started to seek conflict so openly that I decided against a stay. The lady reacted quickly, she basically threw me out, handed me the money, five minutes later I realized, still under shock, it was too little. The next day I asked for the rest, which she refused, telling me, in this improvised way people have who do not want to admit an error and add to it, that she did not feel obliged to refund me the money at all. She also rashly grabbed a little paper out of my hand on which the entry code to the glass entrance door was noted down, saying the paper was hers, shutting the door almost violently. I had wanted to hand back the paper to her anyways, in return for the money, for reasons of politeness. I still entered it afterwards until the general manager Mr. Miguel Nogueira stopped it to function. Two people in a beautiful house, lacking manners and stealing money.

Super hotel, Old world charm Good sized room Close to the harbour Friendly receptionist We visited while walking the Camino del Norte. Had our bags delivered and collected by Correos. Would recommend this hotel and would stay again. Best rate contact directly.

What a lovely place. Super helpful and friendly manager who helped us with motorcycle parking and the hotel is full of old charm. Location is really convenient for bars and restaurants . Hope to be back to Luarca soon.

Albergue en abandono, falta limpieza, poco acogedor. las duchas y wAter pegadas al dormitorio. Recepcionista nada amable y nula empatía incluso, me atrevería a decir desprecio con los peregrinos. Lo único bueno, que está céntrico, si encontráis otra cosa, no lo dudéis. No obstante, está es la actitud general del comercio Asturiano. Se ve que el gasto de los peregrinos no es suficiente.

Es un hotel con cosas buenas y otras no tan buenas, Buenas la limpieza, el precio, la habitacion en sí, menos buenas que se oyen las otras habitaciones, el colchon,..probablemente sí repetiría el hotel pero como Luarca no me gustó nada pues no

Hora de entrada al hotel a las 22:30, después cierra y no te permiten la entrada Sólo 2 aseos/duchas para más de 20 plazas Limpieza normal, ni limpio ni sucio Faltan cargadores en alguna cama Te dan sábanas desechables y mantas Atención aceptable

El hotel me pareció fantástico y con mucho encanto.Habitaciones amplias con galería cerrada muy agradable. Calefacción estupenda. Bien situado. La decoración me ha encantado y no puedo dar ninguna queja a mi estancia de dos días. El dueño nos indico donde aparcar lo mas cerca posible.. y así lo hicimos. Sin duda repetire si vuelvo a Luarca.
