滿意，抵達酒店的時候晚上11點多了，工作人員服務熱情。一直給留的房間。酒店旁邊就是停車場，自駕也很方便。距離灤州古城步行街不到100米，鬧中有靜。

唯獨沒有暖氣，空調還是壞的這點不太好，其他還算是不錯，以後再來這個地方應該先問好了冷不冷再説，睡醒一覺感冒了

能不去千萬別去，環境，服務都太差勁。1.洗浴間裏裝洗髮水沐浴液的盒子是掛在牆上的，結構設計有問題，一碰就掉。孩子洗澡正常擠洗髮水，直接就掉了，嚇孩子一跳不説還賠了80塊大洋。體驗差到極點。2.酒店緊鄰街道，晚上車輛路過特別吵。3.天井有迴音，牆壁隔音特別差，晚上隔壁孩子哭鬧，吵得根本睡不了。4.為了家人住的舒服好定了一個套間，價格比標間貴了一倍多，結果一個麻將機佔了巨大空間，酒店介紹也沒有説明，如果不打麻將絕對是浪費的。
整體來説體驗非常差，不建議大家去住，周圍酒店很多。

酒店公共區域看着還可以，房間內部較簡陋。沒有看到瓶裝洗髮水和沐浴露，衹有上牆的一個盒子裏麪裝了液體，不知道里麪是什麼。我帶着一位長者和兩個孩子，拿了兩個行李箱，嘗試詢問前台可否幫忙拿下行李箱（我們房間在二樓，沒有電梯）前台回答説，我們沒有這個服務。

古城邊緣，鬧中取靜，位置很好找，交通便利。樓下就有停車位，出門步行可以順着古城溜達。入住便捷，環境整潔。院子很有特色，媽媽拍了很多照片和視頻，遊玩的很開心。店家周到熱情。值得推薦，價位也很優惠。下次再去依然是首選。

自駕來灤縣古城，酒店服務很好，早餐很好吃！酒店離古城不太遠，遠離商業區，旁邊有個停車場，酒店門口也能停車。推薦！
