老闆和老闆娘非常熱情，我們到的很晚還打電話問我們到哪裡了，給我們預留了特別好的房間，就是隔音稍微差點但能理解。我們到房間老闆説保潔大姐是新來的，衞生間打掃的不是很乾凈，馬桶上還留有污漬，也沒有放洗漱用具，唯一的缺點就是房間內沒有掛衣服的地方，還有就是鋪床的不是白床單和白被套

從衞生來講：非常乾淨利索從環境來講：窗外古鎮清香窗內安靜宜人從服務來講：大姐和大哥太熱情了，道地講如何夜遊古城，日遊灤河從房間設施來講：一應俱全，需要啥可以和大姐要從停車來講：門口車位充足，老闆預留車位從最關鍵的飲食重頭戲來講：這邊簡直是鬧中取靜宜人，距離很近，出門右轉古城飲食街左轉早點清真鋪，感謝灤州人民熱情款待，感謝酒店大姐大哥，下次還會來哈！！！

設施：房間不是很大，但是設施齊全，乾淨衞生，位置好找，距離遊船碼頭和紫金塔很近，步行三五分鐘就到，門口有免費停車位，價錢也適中，服務熱情，很滿意！

老闆娘態度不錯，但房間與實際有很大差別，基本的白床單枕套都沒有，空調不管用，衞生問題非常大，被子上都是黃色的污漬，不推薦。

位置很好，離古街很近，價格也實惠，覺得美中不足床單被罩為深色，不是白色，雖然老闆説很乾凈，但是習慣了百色，住了一次，第二次去了，還是深色。

位置好找，距離遊船碼頭紫金塔都很近，停車也方便，門口有停車位，老闆待人熱情，房間也乾淨整潔！價格親民！很適合出差旅遊！

客棧在灤州古城外邊東南側，古城不大離得很近，老闆娘服務熱情，能提供方便，設施齊全，設備一般，房間面積適中，畢竟是家庭旅館比不了連鎖酒店，適合出差履行居住，比起古城內的客棧沒有什麼區別了
