Family-friendly Hotels in Luanping

Great location, near the water town and has its own scenic hike up the wall nearby if you’re looking to visit a remote section of the wild wall. We went in winter when there weren’t many taxis. The hotel were remarkably helpful in arranging a taxi to collect us.

The room and hardware facilities are pretty good, and the price is honestly very affordable during the National Day holiday. . . The worst part is the lack of service and service awareness. . . First, I booked 2 rooms, and one of them didn’t have slippers. I called and asked for them to be brought to me, and then he directly ordered me to look for them in the cupboard for a long time. Don’t you know if there are any? Secondly, there was actually water in the hot water kettle in another room, and then I called and explained that other guests did not use the hot water kettle. . . Third, I called the front desk and asked for help to deliver 2 bags of jasmine tea. Fourth, about an hour after leaving the hotel, the hotel front desk called and asked where I put the vertical clothes drying rack at one of the front desks. Does your hotel think I can move the clothes drying rack? ? ? I'm convinced, that's awesome The best service of your hotel was the uncle in the hotel parking lot on the night of October 1st. He was warm and thoughtful in directing the parking. . . The only service highlight

Absolutely loving this place! The vibes is totally awesome and a nice place to chill with lots of activities to do, though unfortunately we only had one night here as we only planned to hike Jin Shan Ling, but we will definitely be back for more next round! Service and hospitality is top notch and absolutely grateful to have such a nice bunch of staff who were super friendly and warm. The hotel was near Jin Shan Ling (about 5 mins drive) and they even offered to drive and pick us to and fro the hotel and Jin Shan Ling. Within the hotel, they were concerned with us feeling cold so they ferried us to our room as our room was a few mins walk away, and fetched us from our room to the lobby when we wanted to hang out at their chill areas there which turned out to be really relaxing. They served super sumptuous meals including a hot pot set which was great for winter and even offered us complimentary dishes as part of winter solstice. One of the staff named Henry Zhang gave us a tour at their exhibition centre showing the various scenic areas in 四季山, 金山岭 and 北京城! We enjoyed the experience sharing from him and the explanation to the various attraction sites, appreciate the sweet gesture as he didn’t actually had to do that but he did so! Room was absolutely great and spacious, extremely clean and comfortable with heaters inside the restrooms which was super nice. It was a good night rest for us. Breakfast was their local dishes which was great too and super filling (buns, eggs, porridge, dough sticks, specialty cold dishes). All in all, we had no complains from the time we checked in, super loved the experience and it definitely make us want to book another trip here again soon! 特别喜欢这里的服务，在这里住的很舒服也非常开心。好美的地方和人，令我都马上想在订下一趟旅程来这里了！好可惜我们只住了一晚因为我们本来只是想爬金山岭，如果能待多几天那该多好。。简直完美! ❤️

The room is clean and tidy, close to the entrance of the Jinshanling Great Wall. His food tastes good, and it is really important to have a smooth meal after climbing the Great Wall. Super clean homestay, the boss is very simple, highly recommended! The trash cans are also cleaned and shiny👍The bedding is very soft and has the taste of home. My husband said he slept very well! The meals are also very tasty, good! The starry sky was beautiful the night before, and I got up early the next day to watch the sunrise. It actually snowed. What an unexpected surprise! We booked the entire Jinshanling Great Wall and saw Jinshanling with snow in the sun. It's worth it!

I chose to live in an apartment because I thought it was more convenient to have services and eat. It turned out that the choice was right. Every staff member was very enthusiastic and the hotel was very clean.

The place is very close to the entrance of Jinshanling Great Wall Scenic Area, and it is convenient to drive and park. It is about 100 meters walk to the gate. If you consider watching the sunrise and sunset, it is a great choice to stay. The store is welcoming, the food tastes good, and the room is clean and quiet.

I lived in a homestay. After booking the room, add the host WeChat and contact. Introduce it to the person in the reception center of the hotel. I said that I will check in this afternoon! Really confused! The next morning I was turning outside, and I sent me a message and checked out before 11 o'clock. As soon as I checked the order, it said that I checked out at 12 o'clock, and asked him what happened? Answer: OK. You are really good enough! I can't say that this person's service attitude is not good, can say that he is a confused, work is not concerned people!

真的是酷暑度假首選，距離北京才兩個小時車程，彷彿進入另一個季節。房東超級熱情的分享山谷裏吃住玩攻略，讓我們第一次去玩也很安心，此次行程拖家帶口老少五人都很滿意。山谷的氣候實在是太好了，享受着不需要開空調的舒適温度，是吃了兩個食堂和部分餐廳，都不踩雷，長者偏愛大眾且多樣的第一食堂，孩子喜歡去山上的He Burger。還有好多未知等着我們下次去探索，已經開始做下次的計劃。
