Our second stay at PB and it didn’t disappoint. Since our last visit, the camp has been acquired by Green Safaris, we came onto to here from Shawa Luangwa ( also Green Safari, see posted review) and we now go on to Chisa Busanga and then Ila Safari lodge ( also part of Green Safaris and will post reviews accordingly.) Our memories of PB were special from last time around and I would say that Green Safaris have made some noticeable improvements already ( the communal area is more open and the food quality and presentation has also gone up a level.) The tents appear unchanged and combine space, authenticity and quality , with our terrace overlooking the Zambezi river. What has not changed is the service levels and attentiveness of the staff, some of which are still present since our previous visit. We would like to pay special thanks to is to Clement and Clesher , our guides for safari and fishing as well as Ashif who took care of us at the lodge and to the simply wonderful Faith , whom ensured everything ran to perfection. The location of PB is breathtaking, the sunsets on the water , the wildlife and the chance to fish ( albeit the Tiger fish did not play ball this time around 😀!) PB is our special place and we will most certainly be returning sooner rather than later. Thank you to the whole team at PB .
