Jing Land Hotel Luangprabang

Luang Prabang City Center
Luang Prabang is a comfortable and cozy town with a strong historical and cultural atmosphere, suitable for slow-paced travel. For this reason, it is particularly important to choose a comfortable and suitable hotel. In terms of environment, Jinglan Hotel is indeed worthy of a five-star recommendation. The hotel is built on a small hill near the city center. It is quiet in the bustling city. In the evening, sitting in the open-air restaurant facing the old city and ordering a drink, overlooking the mountains in the distance, it can be said to be refreshing and full of seclusion. The terrace mountain view room I stayed in this time is not located in the main building, but in the single-story building on the side. The room area is acceptable, the balcony is spacious but the view is average (there is a shabby residential building under my feet, and the mountain view in the distance is good), and the room type will be recommended overall. There are still some deficiencies in hardware and hygiene. Visible dirt was found on the curtains, shower floors, etc., but I personally feel that it is more inclined to poor maintenance rather than cleaning, and the appearance will indeed be greatly reduced. In addition, the sound insulation effect of the room is average, which is related to the building structure and is still within the tolerance range. Praise the service quality of the hotel. The service staff will take the initiative to provide simple night bed service, including but not limited to making the bed, adjusting the room air conditioner to a suitable temperature, turning on the mosquito repellent, etc. Since the hotel is built on a small hill, it is a little inconvenient to travel. The front desk Bent will take the initiative to help contact the driver to arrange a car, and even include a chartered car service to the Kuangsi Waterfall and scenic spots along the way (of course, the chartered car is charged separately and is not a hotel service), which deserves a big praise! Overall, the stay experience is comfortable and pleasant. Although there are some flaws in some aspects, the overall flaws are not enough to cover the merits. Of course, if you want to get a similar comfortable experience in Luang Prabang, you don’t have to consider the cost-effectiveness-this is indeed not as good as most domestic resorts. Finally, as a world cultural heritage in Laos, the ancient city of Luang Prabang deserves to be on the list of every travel enthusiast, and Jinglan Hotel is also a choice to ensure travel comfort and safety.

Staying at this resort is the last stop of the Lao trip. I spent a very memorable two nights. We prefer it here compared to the hotel in the town. Room equipment: We live in a tent by the river. Pay attention to the zipper to prevent mosquitoes in and out, except for toothbrushes to the front desk. No phone, all contact depends on the resort's own app, other facilities are complete. Activities experience: Pay during your stay to experience kayaking, sunset cruises and massages. The kayaking experience is great, the guide is very professional and the scenery is beautiful along the way, a total of two hours, the price is 25$/person (excluding service fee); The sunset cruise is a long-tailed boat with guides and boatmen. There are no other tourists. The scenery along the way is quiet and beautiful, about 45 minutes, 18$/person, including a cocktail. We also experienced a boat by the Mekong River for 42$/person, which is different compared to each other. Dining: Vegetables are farmed by themselves, the price is reasonable, the taste is very good, Western and local cuisines are beyond expectations. Travel: The resort is close to the airport, ten minutes drive from the town, 20 minutes drive from the train station, there is a free tutu car transfer, the shift is not too much, there are also motorcycles to rent (of course the price is much higher than the town). In short, if you come to Luang Prabang next time, you will still choose here.

The hotel and the rooms are absolutely beautiful, tidy, clean and comfortable. The amenities offered in the room smelled amazing! Also, an amazing service by the very friendly and solicit staff, and their breakfast was delicious! They also offered bikes for the guests to use. Facilities: Complete facilities, everything you need. Hygiene: Clean and hygienic, cleaning is timely. Environment: The environment is very good, the hotel public area is large, especially suitable for drinking beer and swimming at night, and it is also close to Luang Prabang attractions, which can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. Service: There are Chinese, Thai and English services. There are two Chinese ladies at the front desk who will introduce local food and tourist attractions. The experience is very good

📍Service When you arrive at the hotel, the manager will come and help you with your luggage and guide you to your room. Overall, they are friendly and accommodating to requests. 📍Amenities They provide a shuttle service to downtown, so be sure to use it! It's really convenient. I didn't use the swimming pool separately, but it's a good size for families or couples to go in and play. 📍Breakfast You can eat your fill with a simple buffet + one noodle meal to order. The menu doesn't have a huge number of items, but it's generally clean and of good quality, so be sure to try the dessert.
