The room is suitable for 2 people to stay. The design is good, the bathroom is spacious and there is a balcony to sit out. In terms of service, the owner and employees are very good, friendly, inviting to talk and giving good advice. I was very impressed. If there is a chance to visit Luang Prabang, will come back to stay here again. Convenience Near places to eat, morning market, coffee shops along the Mekong River. Convenient travel Near Luang Prabang Post Office Very convenient for traveling. Even though it's in a small alley, it's safe.

Good location in a guesthouse dense area Facility classic haha no service The reservation is confirmed, but it is easy to notify that there is no room I keep asking, so I give you a room I checked out on the second day, but they said I could extend it by one more day. Reservation was confirmed through Trip.com, and when I came to the guesthouse in the evening, they said there was no room. no wonder He's a Chinese boss... he's so 😠 😡 angry. In the end, I went to another hotel ... I kept the confirmed and paid trip, and changed to a hotel the Chinese owner knew and slept. A series of absurd cases...

None of the staff appear to speak anything but Laotian (ok, this *is* Laos but I tried my rusty Laotian and the staff just shook their head and ran away). Any other interaction was conducted via Google Translate. There’s some kind of small cafe which is supposed to do breakfast (queue staff shaking heads and running away). We said “do not disturb” but while out for lunch someone had obviously let themselves into my room, turned off the a/c etc. - not nice to know the staff will randomly decide to go into your room. The night manager is quite honestly creepy. First time I saw him he was sat behind reception in his underwear and asked me if I wanted a massage. There are plenty of places on this street (I highly recommend Nocknoy) - just avoid this place like the plague.
