🇱🇦Rattana Guesthouse in Luang Prabang Laos This is perfect place for a solo traveler or even a a family. Very quiet place and comfortable -Location: It is perfect for you if you want to stay near in city center. Across the street the famous temple Wat Hosian Voravihane and can experience the Sai Bat or Alms giving in the morning. Few walks from Morning and Night Market , convenience store and even cafe's . Near also in Mt Phusi , Royal Palace and famous temples. - Service: Staff are approachable . La struttura è una grande casa in stile locale a gestione familiare. Posizione eccezionale in pieno centro lungo la strada principale a pochi passi dal famoso Night Market-e dal Palazzo Reale e a pochi passi dal fiume Mekong Camera confortevole in legno con grande e comodo letto . Bagno piccolo con difficoltà per fare la doccia ma funzionale Saponetta e gel doccia a disposizione,TV,aria condizionata e ventilatore. 2 bottiglie d'acqua come welcome Non c'è il frigo bar , asciugacapelli e la possibilità di fare colazione ma giri l'angolo trovi tutto dai bars a i minimarket. Personale gentile e cordiale Ottima il rapporto qualità/prezzo . Consigliato! Camera 209 dal 8 febbraio al 11 febbraio 2025

ゲストハウスやホステルが集中する「元祖安宿エリア」な一角。 大通り沿いにナイトマーケット、托鉢が行われる通りがあり、町のメイン通りのロケーション。 家族経営のゲストハウスなので１Ｆの受付には常に誰かがいて旅の案内や相談もしやすい。 受付脇にウォーターサーバー、コーヒーやお茶も置かれ、テーブルもあるので寛ぐ客も多い。 部屋タイプ「シャワー・トイレ付き・エアコンあり・シングルルーム」を予約、 １・２Ｆに居室が分かれるが、１Ｆのダブルルームが割り当てられた。 建物に入る前に土足を脱ぐ形なので廊下、室内も清潔、ただしスリッパはなし。 価格的に宿泊客の年齢層はちょっと高め。 室内はデスク、イス、鏡、Ａ／Ｃ、ファン、ＴＶ、ハンガー付きのラックあり。 シャワー＆トイレ、洗面台は明るくて清潔。 バスタオルｘ２、シャンプーｘ２、石鹸ｘ２、コップｘ２。 （ドライヤーがなかったが貸出あるか不明＝未利用のため） Ｗｉ－Ｆｉは全般電波が弱く残念、Ｗｅｂ閲覧ぐらいなら問題ないがＤＬの速度が全くでない。 コンセントはベッドライト横に２ｘ２、ベッド周りにもあり困らない。 見どころのほとんどが徒歩圏内にあり、食事に行くにも近いので滞在がとてもラク、 また駅や空港行きのミニバス乗り場も目の前なのでロケーションは抜群。 宿主人がきちんとした英語で対応してくれ、旅の相談にも応対くれるので、とても快適な滞在になった。

Als Solo trotz doppelzem Preis schlechtes Zimmer
Das Zimmercwar zwischen Strasse un Rezeption, so dass man das Fenster nicht öffnen konnte. Extrem laut: Rezeption, Stühle für Gäste direkt vir dem Fenster und die Treppe ging direkt übers Zimmer, so dass neben Gesprächen auch das Donnern der Füße auf der Treppe ständig zu hören war. Zimmer wurde nicht geputzt. Dusche direkt neben Klo, so dass das komplette BZ unter Wasser stand. Lage gut, Personal nett, sonst nicht zu empfehlen.

Mein Zimmer war klein aber hübsch, Holzboden und leichte Dachschräge in einem alten Familienhaus. Angenehme Atmosphäre. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Betreiber!
