Average stay comfortable rooms. Not tp much friendly staffs compare with other hotels in Lao, they provide motorcycle renting, day trips also.

The room was nice and comfy... and the people at the recioption where always helpful. The whirlpool under our sink was a funny suprise. The beds are quite hard...

The staff not friendly , the room not clean and look so old especially bathroom . The good point it’s just centre or near night market .

If I wanted to cancel, I needed the hotel's consent. But that night, the hotel told me that I would be refunded the next day. The next morning, the staff changed and they refused to refund me. After a long time of chatting, I finally had to admit it because I was abroad and had a language barrier! I was tricked by the hotel into booking 4 rooms, but we only stayed in two!

For the same class of facilities, this hotel is more than 1,000 yen cheaper per night than a hotel near the Mekong River. I stayed for 6 nights on Trip.com for around 4,000 yen per night. The location is fine for people who like to walk. The equipment is old and doesn't have much maintenance. The shower is weak, but the water is hot. Family size shampoo and body soap It's there. There's no safety deposit box, and you have to press a button on the knob on the inside of the door to lock it, so there's no need to worry. I always carried valuables with me. Luang Prabang is a world heritage city and there are many restrictions on rebuilding, so the old town is generally dilapidated and the facilities are not good. Hotels that cost around 6,000 yen are equivalent to hotels in Thailand that cost around 1,500 yen. The ⭐️ you are advocating is not reliable. There are no typical four-star hotels in the old town.

The room is very big...quiet, clean, the staff are very friendly. The amenities in the room are complete, very convenient. Going to Luang Phra sometime, next time I will stay again. Overall, everything is good. Very good.

The faucet of the wash basin in room 205 has no handle (the breakage will cut your hand, but it is still sharp after being wrapped with a shower cap). There is old black sludge-like garbage and an old discarded water pipe under the wash basin. The floor below the wash basin leaks and has a peculiar smell. The bathroom is not provided. There is shower gel but a small amount of shampoo. There is only a shower cap soaked in water in the daily necessities basket on the sink. The bathroom has a strong musty smell! The sound insulation effect of the entire room is extremely poor...very bad review!
