Absolutely Terrible – Lied About the Room, Ruined Our Family Holiday! I don’t usually write reviews, but this hotel completely ruined our family vacation in LPB, and I want to make sure no one else makes the same mistake we did. We booked and PAID for a specific room – clearly stated, confirmed, and not cheap – but when we arrived, they gave us something completely different: smaller, older, with fewer amenities, and clearly a lower-tier room. The lie was “you’re upgraded” in my opinion “upgrade” is getting something better not lower paid. I checked the availability in the app and, there is availability. We had planned this holiday for months and were traveling with kids – this was supposed to be a relaxing, special time for our family. Instead, we spent the first day arguing with hotel staff, trying to get what we paid for, and the rest of the trip feeling cheated and disappointed. The room we were stuck with was cramped, noisy, and NOT what we booked. Do NOT stay here. If they’ll do this to us, they’ll do it to you. Save yourself the stress and book somewhere with honesty and respect for their guests. This place was a disgrace and left a bitter taste on what should’ve been a beautiful trip.

Wonderful experience. Very nice and big room. Everything clean. The lady at the reception it’s amazing. She helped me with destinations suggestions and then finding a tuk tuk very fast. The breakfast it’s simple but tasty.

This hotel was so nice for solo travelers and friends.I already stayed two times in this hotel (First time with my friends and second time with solo travelers!).The location is not too far from the Luang Prabang Night Market and Phousi Mountain. and also Mekong River.The hotel owners are very kind and full of hospitality and patience.The breakfast in hotel was also my favorite ones because the owners prepared as my choice or my favorite style! A lot of menus were prepared for breakfast and you can choose as you want. The towel in room also cleaned more than I expected! If you want to visit around the Luang Prabang, the hotel also suggested and recommended for trip. The hotel’s rooms were also nice and so wide! If you want to go to Luang Prabang, don’t forget to stay in this nice and excellent hotel. I strongly recommend to stay in this hotel and your trip will be satisfying more and more without annoying!

I highly recommend you to book this hotel for their good service and reasonable price. and it is very convenient to visit all the resorts in the townif you choose the hotel.
