整體來説，性價比不錯的。
喜歡木質的風格，和民宿鎖門帶來的温馨安全感。
這個價格還是很不錯的。
問題是離中心遠，枯水期依賴竹橋，竹橋沒了後，主要看接駁船，早上船開得很晚，而老撾的打車非常貴，始終是不方便的。如果租車了，就無所謂了。
房間偏小，但衞生不錯。
床品有破損。衞生間洗澡和馬桶沒法分離。
