I had a great time stayed at Cold river. Their breakfast was super! Owners and staffs are super friendly! Room was clean and in a very calm area.
Totally recommended for the stay and would stay again

Great little guesthouse by the river, close to everything in town. Amazingly friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. Good value for money. Would definitely stay again.

Pros : 1. Staff friendly 2. Location nearby Num Khan River (a small river connecting with Mae Khong River), really quiet and good to rest. 3. Room with balcony make me feeling clam.
Cons : 1. BF is very small (2 pieces of pancake, 3 egg menu, French toasted, small pieces of fruits, cafe) even you can demand more, there are none of salad, meat e.g. local fish, chicken, etc.) or protein dish. 2. Location 2 km far from the sight seeing area (not recommend to walk during day as Sun light is very hot and strong)

The room is a bit small, but the bedding (sheets and quilt covers) is absolutely clean!
The French breakfast is really good! There are two cats to keep me company during breakfast in the yard.
