Rooms are cosy but small. At first they provided a room without window but after I complained they changed me to a room with window and balcony as per my booking. Aircon is working good. Breakfast is fine. Airport transfer available for 100.000 kip.

We had a room on the ground floor. The windows faced the kitchen area and were closed with shutters. The room therefore had no daylight and could not be aired.
The breakfast is standard, water, tea and instant coffee are always available.
We stayed there for 2 nights, there was no room service.

The boss is a Vietnamese in Laos. If you speak English well, you will have a great time chatting with him. This is my second time staying at his house. In addition, he also has a youth hostel where you can go there at night and chat with the world. Backpackers talk about mountains and rivers. If your English is not good, it may be more troublesome. Went to the night market, Puxi Mountain, and the Royal Palace. It was very close and within walking distance. This is the hotel (Sin harat Quest house) where I stayed in Luang Prabang, Laos. I booked a larger room with an exterior window on the second floor through your Ctrip website. But on the first day of check-in, the hotel owner did not follow the booked room arrangement, but arranged a small room on the first floor without an outside window. The room was dark and had a musty smell. I asked the hotel owner why he didn't arrange the reserved room, and he said there were no rooms available. In order to make money, the boss violated the contract and refused to refund the difference in price for rooms with different conditions. After negotiation, we agreed to change rooms the next day.
Most of the guests staying in this hotel are European and American tourists.
