I came to Laos for the first time to explore and relax. I am enjoying my stay at this hotel so much that I keep extending my plan. The staff from front desk to service to kitchen to cleaning are so friendly and welcoming, warm-hearted and helpful.

五星級酒店，復古的格調，建築是很有特色的法國殖民時代的風格。早餐超讚，設施稍微老一些，不過沒有啥大問題，很乾凈，服務人員英文流利很熱情有禮貌。地理位置也比較方便，步行到中心區15分鐘，附近也有租摩託車的地方。值得推薦！

環境超級好 湖很美 唯一一個問題就是距離市區有點遠 不過酒店有餐食酒水賣 性價比很高 很喜歡 下午希望酒店能提供免費接送服務 或者半價交通 交通費用稍貴

設施：曾經的SLH酒店🏨集團成員，硬件配置頂級，法式設計晚上可以不開空調也很舒服。
衞生：連住三晚，第二晚衞生打掃馬虎，垃圾桶沒有清理，紙巾和礦泉水沒有及時補充，指出後能立馬改進。但這種情況不應發生在該級別酒店。
環境：小型酒店面積不大五臟俱全，餐廳、泳池、花園一個不差，蚊蟲處理的很好，在住宿期間幾乎沒有被叮咬。
服務：雖然住宿過程中有一些小插曲，但最終都完美解決，人非聖賢孰能無過。

真的太喜歡了，住進來就不想走🤣一開始定了兩晚，住進來之後馬上決定再續兩晚。從建築到房間設計、早餐的麪包籃都是滿滿的法式風格，甚至連鑰匙都很有特色，還是SLH，房間又大，這個價格真的超值！
前台和餐廳的服務員態度都很好，每次路過都會微笑着打招呼。我們的房間門前就有一棵雞蛋花樹，每天出門都可以撿兩朵戴頭上😬。酒店有個小泳池和酒吧。
離市區兩公里，晚上有接駁巴士到夜市，白天loca叫車的話大概5w kip不到。酒店前台也可以幫忙叫突突車。前台小姐姐還幫我們解決了買的sim卡不能打電話的問題 很感謝。
希望以後還有機會再去🌞

十一期間定的先鋒標間，才七百多。
酒店雖然不在市中心，打車TT五萬幾分鐘就到。進到房間太舒服了，東南亞木質內飾，床品也舒服。
早上六點半左右酒店門口右轉十字路口就有佈施，基本沒有遊客，也不用五點多去到洋人街附近。
早餐贊，我們帶了兩個小朋友也沒有單獨收費。

酒店在老城外，很安靜的，周邊吃的也很方便。酒店環境幽靜，樹木翠綠，住了六個晚上，非常舒服。酒店的服務人員的都很熱情，主動微笑問好，房間每天都按時清掃，晚上夜床服務很有特色。五點到八點半提供班車服務，方便去夜市逛吃逛吃，酒店還有自行車，方便在老城遊覽。

中國護照請避開此酒店｜充滿對中國人的歧視
琅勃拉邦服務最低點⬇️
旅行過多個國家和地區，入住過各種類型的酒店，從未遇到像在Luang Say Residence一樣的奇怪對待。
1⃣️，入住對中國人冷漠又機械，對白人笑臉相迎，諂媚至極。入住時沒有一點關於酒店的介紹，比如房費含了早餐都不告知用餐地點和時間，泳池使用時間，穿梭巴士時間，自行車租借服務等等；
2⃣️，特意提前幾天發英文郵件禮貌告知酒店是紀念日出遊，但是到入住第二天都無人回覆郵件，好笑的是入住我提到了沒有人回覆郵件的問題，讓我轉發到另外一個郵箱，依舊無人理睬，快要退房了我找到酒店員工當面告知才匆忙去房間疊了一個花，也是很沒有必要；
3⃣️，前面的都可以忍，但第二天早餐用餐明明比隔壁桌白人先點單，甚至比白人先入座5分鐘，卻被後上菜，且白人桌頻繁被一位男性服務員問候，用餐過程中也有被詢問”everything is good?”，反觀我桌，根本就是機械上菜，不知為何Luang Say 作為一家體量如此大的酒店會如此苛待華人；
4⃣️，服務可以分為房間和其它，入住期間百分之八十以上的服務都是需要去要求、去主動告知，全程很禮貌和小心的情況下也會遇到比如要求應有的每日房間清理這種基礎服務會被忽視，致電並專門離開房間等打掃回來卻發現沒有，致電前台卻得到很不禮貌的一句話“我們很忙，等下就來”。服務已經不到到位的情況下還要受到言語上的不禮貌對待；多要幾瓶純凈水卻被告知一美元一瓶，店內極度崇拜美元，美元雖方便結算，安縵等奢華酒店也如此但在這裏給當地貨幣居然都會顯得不太體面，不知為何……
5⃣️，泳池很臟，甚至有渾濁物，池水也很混濁，毛巾服務也要跑去前台多次“請求”才會供應；
6⃣️，離市區不近的情況下，穿梭巴士服務縮水，房間介紹寫的全天，到了才被告知是下午五點-八點才有，這是在琅勃拉邦其他遠離市區的酒店都見不到的情況。
基本沒有服務，歧視，設施老舊是這家酒店的特色，請慎重選擇。
