Our second stay at the Luang Say and it lived up to expectations. We stayed in a more expensive Explorator suite and we'll worth the extra. Dinner is excellent but a little expensive.

A slightly tired but endearing colonial hotel. Comfortable large rooms, good pool and welcoming staff. Housekeeping is a bit haphazard but breakfast is great as was all the food we tried there, albeit a little expensive. Local transport to the Main Street and markets is $3 or less. We had a nice stay

I came to Laos for the first time to explore and relax. I am enjoying my stay at this hotel so much that I keep extending my plan. The staff from front desk to service to kitchen to cleaning are so friendly and welcoming, warm-hearted and helpful.

The service and environment are excellent. I spent a pleasant 2 days in Luang Prabang. The breakfast was impressive. I stayed for two days and had different Western and Asian flavors. They were all delicious. I still miss the croissant before the meal when I returned home!
