A very well located hotel to explore the old town. Very comfortable, but with limited amenities (guests are able to use the amenities at the Sofitel though).
The hotel staff were phenomenal - very friendly and accommodating.
The breakfast was decent, but could be improved with some more authentic local options (the local options on the menu were small and very bland, i.e. limited herbs and spice).

Hotel food is amazing and service is great, the room has not good sound proof, you can hear outside noises

Superb location in the city centre area. Nice room but a little noisy from outside. All the staff here are very friendly. Appreciated the wonderful service and warm hospitality of all the staff here: Bird, Keo, Wan, Te, Saeng & Mim. I truly enjoyed the stay here.

①The house is surrounded by roads on both sides, with no sound insulation, and it is super noisy. You can hear the sound of every car passing by. At 3 o'clock in the middle of the night, a foreigner was calling downstairs. I could not only hear his voice, but also the voice of the person he was talking to. Those who don't sleep are blessed.
②You have to stand in the bathtub to take a shower, which is very dirty.
③The toilet is very small and low.

The hotel is in a great location, and it's very convenient to go anywhere. Bushi is right at the door. You have to stand in the bathtub to take a shower in the room. If you live on the first floor, you have to endure the noise of people walking on the second floor. Very satisfied. I was very tired on the first day. When I arrived at the hotel, I was given ice tea and ice cream to quench my thirst and cool down. The room was very clean. Although it was a long time, I walked barefoot on the bricks and even on the wooden floor at the door, and there was no dust. There is a private area at the door of each room, which is a plus.
