Generally nice hotel, calm and quiet. Please notice, that in offer it shows balcony on the 2nd floor, but in fact you get room at ground floor, we asked whether we can get room upstairs, we could move upstairs, but they said that was free upgrade.
There is ev charging point on hotel parking.

First time to Luang Prabang which didn't disappoint, but the hotel was not a 'must return'.
Pros: decent location, c10mins to food court / night market. Helpful front desk / reception (Mr Sing). Great shower and in room bath tub was awesome.
Cons: some construction noise from large scale engineering work over the river. Not constant, but notable. Housekeeping leave the rooms quite dusty, don't look under the bed! No safe box in room or at front desk which surprised me given its a cash based economy.

The location was great, on the main street in Luang Prabang.
I arrived early, but they checked me in right away because the room was ready.
There was a bathtub in the room, but I didn't use it.
I was a bit concerned about the wobbly water tap in the bathroom.
The balcony was great 🫶🏽 I'd love to stay here again.

The building is old but the location is good
It's a bit out of the center, but so it's quiet.
You can walk to the night market.
Travel agencies are nearby, making reservations convenient when moving.
I stayed on the 2nd floor and it had a nice view towards the river.
In the morning or early evening, follow the riverside road behind the hotel.
It's good for a walk, but there is a separate shower room.
It's unusual that the bathtub is next to the bed.
