Facilities: The air conditioner does not cool, and the remote control is very difficult to operate. Basically, you have to press 10 times, and one of them will react by chance. We found that the air conditioner did not cool at night, and the staff came to adjust it a few times, but it didn't work. It was not repaired until noon the next day. I endured it all. The next night, I took a shower and blew my hair, and sparks flew directly. The lights in the whole house, the sockets in the toilet and the bathroom were all out of power. Only a few sockets had electricity. I called the front desk 5 times, but no one answered. In the end, it was too late and I barely went to bed. I knew that there was no call until I left the hotel.
